Hey. Has anyone started getting paid for tickets they sold on F2F? I sold 2 Quebec City and 2 Ottawa... and not a penny, or an email about the money, has hit any of my inboxes. It has now been 12 days since QC... 😑😔

LORD..... I hate Ticketmaster! (Just sayin'!!!!)

Same here.  It has been one week!  Still waiting.  I have tried calling them a few times.  It is ridiculous at how hard it is to actually talk to a live person! They are pathetic.

I’m a Canadian, got the Canadian payouts roughly a week after Quebec and Ottawa.
I had sold a pair of Phoenix tickets in May and had to contact Ticketmaster.  They ended up mailing me a cheque (cannot deposit to a Canadian financial institution, even if it was a USD account).
If you are in the States and haven’t received money for the Canadian shows I’d suggest opening a ticket via the online chat with Ticketmaster.  It will take some time, but it will get fixed.  I think it ended up taking about six weeks to get my money for Phoenix.

Still waiting for Quebec, Ottawa and Hamilton payouts.  My bank account has been verified.  A ticketmaster agent told me I don’t need to enter a TIN number since I’m Canadian and sold tixs to Canadian shows.  Anybody else having the same issues?

I got paid for 1 of 3 pairs sold for Ottawa, still nothing on the others or for any I sold for Hamilton or Toronto.

I only got the tax form once, was that same for everyone?  (I'm Canadian).

You’ll need to confirm the amounts on the Ticketmaster website to verify the deposit details.

Still waiting on to get paid for 2 sets of Ottawa tickets.  One pair sold in Feb or Mar 2020 (wifes) and mine that I had to sell a couple months ago. Still waiting on payments for both. I'm in US. Started chat with TM two days (took 9 hours for them to respond) and here is what I got from them:

I'm Neil. Sorry for the inconvenience with your payment for the sold ticket.

We have sent this transaction as part of a batch and that batch has been acknowledged as received by the processor. We ask for your patience for it to reflect in your account.

    Nothing since.

I sold my 2 tickets on Ticketmaster.com for the Toronto concert. Sold them on Thursday. Still havent heard anything yet. Trying to reach them on different ways. For me as a non american or canadian resident just a Mastercard creditcard wasnt enough. I had to contact someone via via how lives in the US. So i could use his bank/debit/savinsaccount. Its ridicilous how things are going true Ticketmaster

Received a payout for $314 (assume a Toronto pair) and a payout for $307.50 (assume a Hamilton pair) so it looks as though pairs are paid out individually? Waiting on several more payouts for same shows.

I am still waiting on an Ottawa pair, a Hamilton single, and a Toronto single and pair. Has anyone from the US gotten any Canadian refunds yet?
