    Why do we think PJ misused PPP?  They would be a perfect candidate for it.  They were forced to cancel a tour which directly affects the crew and roadies.  This is what PPP was for.

    I am curious about what Putin and his buddies plan was and expectations were. Did they expect Ukraine to fall in a few hours, or that it would go on for weeks etc. 

    People with military knowledge, I guess, should be able to piece together what the plan might be based on Russias actions and shown tactics.
