Since we're all sharing, here's my anecdote: If the free tests were right, I had covid on 2 occasions. Both times lasted maybe 12 hours. Wife had it twice, lasted 48h with mild symptoms. No symptoms for my two kids and no covid shots in this house.

That was also when the first rounds of six month boosters started in the US. The original vaccine was highly effective at preventing hospitalization, severe symptoms and death from Delta. The trial numbers for Moderna and Phizer played out in the real world for that launch period of April through Nov of 21.

If the free tests were right, I had covid on 2 occasions. Both times lasted maybe 12 hours. Wife had it twice, lasted 48h with mild symptoms. No symptoms for my two kids and no covid shots in this house.
