One of the merch guys said the festival posters (not PJ ones) sold out within the first hour of gates opening. WOW

The Ian Williams festival poster sold out their daily allotment on Friday. I got to the festival between 3:30 and 4:00 both days and they were out. I checked the outside booth and both inside ones. They still had plenty of the PJ daily ones though.

They should actually allow a customer to order more than one, and then immediately cancel the order since it would obviously be a bot. No way could a human be able to successfully order more than one when there are only 25 for sale.
