Amsterdam moved to July 24 and 25th

So maybe the entire 2020 NA Tour is a go now.  PinkPop is the 18th and they dont need as much equipment for that, since the stage is already setup.  The stage now doesn't have to be anywhere until Berlin on the 21st

Oh yeah but where will they start first? East Coast or West Coast?
Maybe in St Louis just to screw up everyone’s travel plans one more time!
    Sounds good to me!!
    +1!

Do they use the same stage around the world? You'd think it'd be slightly easier to rent whatever they could (stage, wires) locally, as that'd mean less gear to transport over oceans.

Then again, I know nothing of how such is done. I do know that some fancier setups have a "leapfrog" system where stages get set up weeks in advance. I'm sure Pearl Jam doesn't do this.
I wouldn't think so, I don't believe they ever had elaborate/unique stage setups (say, like the Stones). I would guess that stage and PA are pretty much always local.
I was a local stage hand for The Rolling Stones for the Voodoo Lounge Tour in Seattle, they apparently had three exact stage setups because it took about a week to assemble the stage, they had this huge snake that blew fire, it was insane.
  • If that’s the case, any.chance you’ll work with me on a heads up on when those tickets are sent back? I’m originally from St. Louis and are looking for both it and Nashville… I’ll grab ya a shirt or stickers or poster or whatever as a thank you!!!

The new expected dates (May) are likely not going to work due to schedule conflicts unfortunately.  There's still an outside chance, but the shows would have to be during the week as weekends are pretty much shot.  A couple pair for Nashville and STL will go back into the pool if so.  Bummer after a two year wait, but no one's fault and hopefully there will be more Fall shows added.

Woah that is insane, would love to see it. But it's crazy when you think they can transition a basketball court to a hockey rink (with ice!) in what 6 hours?
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

Think it will be possible they add a double hitter show in Canada next May? Maybe Toronto or Quebec City?

Gotta be Toronto if at all. No way they do back to back in Quebec City. Adding a Montreal would make more sense imo. I am really curious where the Canada leg lands. Early May? Late May or early June? Next fall along with western Canadian dates sometime before or after Leg 2 in the US? Hope we get info very early in January.

If they didn’t have Hamilton scheduled, I’d say I’d expect a second Toronto show. Since they have it, not sure if they will, but I sure hope they do.

    I hope they do too.
  • They probably moved it to May cause they know the Leafs won’t be playing meaningful games by then…
I was waiting for someone to crack a leafs joke. However that won’t be the reason, the raptors won’t be making the playoffs this year unfortunately.
  • If the move of Amsterdam to July means they are going to try to fit in NA in May/June, I really don’t think they’re going to add any shows.

True, but let's hope they can pull it off.
  • I believe that in March 2020 the crew had already arrived in TO to set up the stage 5 days before the show date (last Leafs home game was on the 13th, and last Raptors game was in February). This would have allowed for a few days of rehearsals. Not knowing if the Leafs (I said IF) and Raptors make the playoffs this year, they’d have to pick somewhere else to start and rehearse. Qc City is a perfect place for that as nothing ever happens at Videotron Centre.

So yeah, unfortunately the Baltimore show is either going to have to be changed to a different venue, or be held off until 2023.
Timeline of renovation for the Baltimore Arena was announced today. To begin in February 2022. This sucks! https://www.baltimoresun.com/business/bs-bz-baltimore-spending-board-royal-farms-deal-approved-20211124-ogdmxinpevdmhbrdd7fgqhykuq-story.html

Shit that sucks man. Hopefully they can do something for the current ticket holders rather than outright cancel.

I’m not panicking yet - it’s possible that in May they could be in a phase of the renovation that doesn’t stop them from hosting a concert there. It is concerning though.

While it would suck for the Baltimore locals, when’s the last time DC Proper was played?  Less than an hour away for them to switch to Capital One arena

The article indicates that the project will begin in February but the building will be able to hold a basketball tournament in March. So maybe a concert in May isn't out of the question.

Of course the show will be played there. You don’t schedule a bunch of events, from concerts to hoops tournaments, then announce a renovation and cancel everything.
    Pittsburgh 1998 • Pittsburgh 2006 • 2012 Isle Of Wight Festival • 2012 Made In America Festival • Baltimore 2013 • Seattle 2013
    St. Paul 2014 • Mexico City 2015 • Philadelphia II 2016 • Ottawa 2016 • Amsterdam I & II 2018 • Wrigley Field II 2018 • Phoenix 2022
    Apollo Theater 2022 • Chicago I 2023 • Baltimore 2024 • Pittsburgh I & II 2025

  • Royal Farms Arena is not listing any events past college basketball tournament in February 2022.  Bad omen consistent with the arena renovation timeline.  Also, the PJ NA Tour Announcement stated the rescheduled shows will begin in May 2022.  Didn't think until today that maybe that means the Baltimore Show could slip another year due to events out of  PJ's control, like an arena renovation.  I'm not giving up Hope and I'm not giving up my Tix 2022 or 2023!!
  • So MSG x2 or x3 confirmed if Baltimore is out until the Fall lol
