Anyone else feeling they’ll squeeze in a few extra nights at some stops? Seems like a no-brainer to have the original 2020 venue order and pad in a MSG 2 or Toronto 2 if the arenas have availability this time around.
Toronto looks like it could have 2 nights in March no problem.

Totally! No problem at all. We just need the Raptors & Leafs to be away for that week so Pearl Jam can secure dates @ the Scotiabank Arena.

There is a big gap in the NHL season in February for the (assumed) Olympic break. Arenas will be available (especially in non-NBA cities).

I am sure this has already been noticed, but when you look at the list of PJ postponed shows, there are 2 Denver shows on the list.

Adding another show in St Louis would be fine with me. It is a hockey only venue, so there wouldn't be any potential conflict with a NBA team.

2022 North America is gonna be the most hyped tour of their career I'm guessing.

Hmm…image below suggests only 4 possible nights for the Toronto show and two of them (3/15 and 3/17) have Leaf games.  Wondering if they are going with 3/18 as the second anniversary of when it would have been.

Was about to post the same. Wrigley's potential dates* look like this:
    • July 27 - August 4
    • August 11 - 18
    • August 26 - September 5
    * dates after Euro tour, and mid-late September doesn't have enough room without overlapping Ohana 2022)

Lol, I hadn’t made it that far.   Was looking at potential ball games in California assuming the rescheduled shows are in April.

BTW, I could see the Wrigley shows being Aug 27th and 29th to kick off the fall tour

Also factor in a cubs home game early in the week of a Wrigley show.  Usually either Tues or Wed (Ed likes to get his cubbie fix; did so in '13, '16, and '18).  1st show would be a Saturday, 2nd Monday.

So here’s a logical problem for those of us who have been trying to infer the new dates from gaps between other events on the TM site:

I’m expecting this to be the case for all 2022 shows.  They will happen with these protocol in place.  We must be getting closer to an announcement

I’ll feel better about a spring 2022 tour if the music industry can come up with a consistent model for the fall and winter that allows an artist to do a full tour without cancellations.  The fact that PJ hasn’t announced the dates makes me feel like they are taking a wait and see attitude about the spring based on how it goes the next 3 or 4 months.

Exactly. They will have to decide within that time frame.

I believe that is because of Quebec's vaccine passport program. We have the same thing in BC starting mid-Sept (and in effect until an unknown future date) so it would mean that you'd need to be vaccinated to attend shows in the places with the passport - it doesn't necessarily mean that would be the case with all the shows.

In NS if the Liberal Party won many days back they were gonna pass a Scotia Pass. That didn't happen but have a feeling things will change and we will have a vaccine passport program coming here.

If we are thinking March as the prospective re-schedules, not sure they can wait 3-4 months.  Can't recall less than 3 months notice for a show in the last 10+ years

True enough, but I also can’t recall a tour being postponed for two years due to a global pandemic in the last 10+ years.

Yes, I have tickets to a couple of shows in October and have received emails from them letting me know about the changes and offering a window to get refunds if I want them.
