I’ll feel better about a spring 2022 tour if the music industry can come up with a consistent model for the fall and winter that allows an artist to do a full tour without cancellations. The fact that PJ hasn’t announced the dates makes me feel like they are taking a wait and see attitude about the spring based on how it goes the next 3 or 4 months.
If we are thinking March as the prospective re-schedules, not sure they can wait 3-4 months. Can't recall less than 3 months notice for a show in the last 10+ years
There was less than 3 months notice for the 2020 NA tour. It was announced just over 2 months before it was to start.

True, but I would think they would try to get a little more lead time due to the amount of people who will be looking to either get refunds or put their tickets on the F2F, assuming they even have that going for the rescheduled shows.

I agree… it’s going to be tough. But we’re kind of operating in unusual times so maybe they can scramble and pull it off with 3 months notice. I’m sure the dates are on hold with venues… just a matter of when they pull the trigger for sure. 🤞🏻

To no ones surprise, the Health Check icon popped up on my Quebec City tickets
I’m expecting this to be the case for all 2022 shows. They will happen with these protocol in place. We must be getting closer to an announcement
I am surprised it says vaccination only.
Toronto show will be vaccinated only - negative test won’t suffice.

The Killers just canceled their shows in Raleigh and Richmond this month.
Super bummed, was looking forward to seeing them for the first time.
Im blaming this one on poor ticket sales. There was probably 50% of the venue still for sale on TM.
Looks like theyre canceling a bunch of shows, just having the venue send out emails. Seems pretty weak to not even tell the fans yourselves and remain silent. Maybe I dont need to see the Killers after all...

Some optimism: looks like cases, tests, and hospitalizations have plateaued the past 14-17 days in the US. 65% of the population has had at least 1 dose (current full vaxxed is 57%, have to assume the other 8% get their second dose). If we don’t get an announcement of rescheduled shows by December, something else must be going on. I think the boys are gonna get through these 4.5 shows coming up and all talk to each other about how they felt…then it should be game on!

Been following that trend as well. That’s without kids under 12 being eligible too. That’s millions of people that, once eligible, will get vax’d and bump those numbers up. At some point, the virus loses places to go.

I asked but haven’t received a response yet. I think at this point we are in a holding pattern due to covid. I believe the announcement is ready but nobody wants to send anything especially if people are going to start booking flights and such. Want to keep people from having money tied up

I don’t mean to be an asshole, this is an honest question: if this is the case, then what does “confirmed” mean exactly?

Probably booked. But they are leaving room for changes. Easier on their end before officially announcing.

Jeff already told us they are penciled in. That is pretty much what you are describing. Has something changed and a Sharpie is now being used?

Are there additional dates added or new cities added?

I guess “holding dates on the arenas but not announcing yet because they’re afraid the pandemic might force them to push again” is what I’ve assumed they were doing this whole time. At this point isn’t it the “okay, we’re comfortable enough with the COVID situation to really move forward” confirmation that we’re really all waiting for?

I mean, a spring tour was confirmed when they announced the Ohana encore weekend and said the 2020 dates would be rescheduled, right?
