Here's an interesting announcement since we were discussing if Videotron Centre in Quebec City had a radius clause preventing a Montreal show...
Rogers waters is at Videotron & Bell Centre next summer too.
It probably depends on the specific event contract.

Tempted but waiting to hear back from Pearl Jam camp. Hopefully this will the month we find out if they are rescheduling their Canadian dates.
I held off buying tickets to Jerry Cantrell in the Spring due to uncertainty of the possible rescheduled US dates. Hopefully an announcement comes soon. Once I know there is no conflict, I can look at tickets in Chicago or Nashville.

I considered holding off on buying Cantrell tickets, but moved forward. I'm going to do the same with a number of other shows I plan on seeing next year. If there are conflicts with the rescheduled PJ shows that I hold tickets to, that's okay. I'm deciding to take the sure thing at this point.

I have Nashville tickets but got a bad feeling that show is getting cancelled. The state is trying to put a law in that you can’t make a rule that you have to show proof of vaccine for attendance at venues. Can’t see PJ following that if it passes
Looks like starting 11/13 Bridgestone will no longer require proof of vax or negative test. HOWEVER, if the specific tour or event has it's own protocols, they can still require said things. At least that's how I'm reading what was just announced today...

I'm surprised (but in a good way) that games and concerts aren't the superspreader events we were warned about. There are still people getting sick, but it doesn't seem to be disproportionate from just day-to-day life.

Didn’t see any announcement about that today but glad to hear it. Looking forward to traveling to Nashville for the show.
So I’ve been thinking - not that this is a new thought but just to resurface it - Covid isn’t going away. It will always be riskier indoors than outdoors. That’s just the way it is now and into the foreseeable future. If PJ is not comfortable with the risk of indoor shows, that is fine - cancel and refund everything and start again with outdoor tours. But if they are waiting for someone to say there’s zero risk it’s just not going to happen. So make a decision and let us know already…

I live about 20-30 mins from Nashville, so it's all over the local news stuff on facebook and whatnot. I am (somewhat) patiently waiting for the rescheduled date. Just want to see them again, especially with the new material. Haven't seen them since 2016....

They won’t, I’ve given up the battle. I’ve refunded everything besides Baltimore and moved on with other plans for the spring.

Once 5-11 year olds start receiving their shots throughout North America I imagine they’ll be more comfortable.

Well said. I've kinda lost interest over the last couple of months with the lack of news or updates. I might try and go for a refund at this point. Although I did have GA for Toronto which I was fired up for.

We've got a governor's chair & a senator seat to pick up in '22. They'll be here in some fashion.
Speaking of governors, DeSantis is an empty (puffy) suit. Disney, Comcast/Universal (indoors), WWE, AEW, and a good number of other businesses enforce whatever mask policy that they see fit, and he's all talk. He only goes after school districts controlled by Democrats.

Dude, that show was AWESOME! That whole 16' tour was completely on fire. I go back and listen to that cycle more than anything else I have (and I have a ton of shows).
Honestly, I don't think we see a tour announcement until after the holidays. We are now in November and Thanksgiving is fast approaching. We know they want to be as cautious as possible (and reduce their financial liability) and will definitely wait until after the New Year to announce the Spring Tour. Be prepared to wait.

Supposedly Camping World Stadium in Orlando is supposed to be announcing a major rock show at their garbage dump of a stadium on Thursday.
