I live in a blue state. None of our restaurants were mandated to closed down by force of law. The argument doesn't make sense. But then of course we also provided massive unemployment benefits, eliminated foreclosure procedures with fed guaranteed loans, created a student loan forebearance program, all to the point where we now have more jobs than people willing to work.
