Bidenwith biden constantly hammering his scranton heritage home, i think The Office should do a reunion show with him as a guest star. imagine michael scott meeting joe biden.Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer0

Biden
It was clearly his actual debate strategy. What's worse is that he was terrible at it. He didn't pick his spots and you could argue that the constant stream of it let Biden off the hook. If Biden is going to go in a verbal hole, you should let him go. Trump was incapable of shutting up, therefore incapable of letting that happen.HughFreakingDillon said:

I'm sitting this one outBoth of these clowns came out as losers last night. They spoke about nada in a detailed plan of how they were going to fix systematic racism or how to fight global warming.0

Biden
Biden did it several times. He talked about how he would prepare schools for in school learning with the gov't providing PPP. He talked about changes to the tax code. The fact that he didn't go into more plans was hardly his fault.joseph33 said:Both of these clowns came out as losers last night. Biden
a debate stage isn't the place to go into graphic detail about policies anyway. it's more a "this is what i'm going to do" and a remedial comment about how you're going to get it done.joseph33 said:Both of these clowns came out as losers last night. When did Biden have the chance to talk? Trump cut in after 2-3 words. Every. Time.joseph33 said:Both of these clowns came out as losers last night. They spoke about nada in a detailed plan of how they were going to fix systematic racism or how to fight global warming.
And also, go check out the candidates websites if you want detailed information."Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0 -

biden actually had a few good uninterrupted moments speaking directly to the camera after wallace finally got trump to shut the fuck up.Spiritual_Chaos said:

Trump won in 2016 because he won the group of “I don’t like either candidate, but I have to pick one.”
There’s a lot of people not impressed with Biden, but all he had to to was show he could stay alert for 15 minutes and be less dislikable than Hilary (or more likable than Trump) to anyone who is in the group of not liking either candidate, which is probably still a lot of people.
I think Biden accomplished both those last night.0 -

Will watch when i get home from work then... Just watched like 15 minutes... I stopped when Trump brought up Joe's son. It just felt like a bad movie with a shitty written villain at that point.HughFreakingDillon said:

Honestly, that's probably the narrative that Trump's handlers are going for. They know their guy is going to come out a loser, so just make it a total shit show and turn people off to even voting. Fewer votes is good for Trump. Trump drug him down to his level and without the ability to cut mics, there wasn't really much Biden could do about it. And they'll count on the "liberal media" to "both-sides" it.joseph33 said:Both of these clowns came out as losers last night. Biden
Although I think the media so far has done a good job of not comparing Biden to Trump in how he handled the debate. Trump talked about nothing as usual and Biden made a few good points while also botching a few questions, which I've seen criticism of him for from multiple neutral, left leaning and right leaning sources. Trump's tactic was clearly to try and divide the voters on the left by constantly mentioning that Biden was losing the far left and socialists with his denial of the Green Deal and defund the police messages.OnWis97 said:

As already mentioned, the real goal for Trump seemed to be to get people to stay home on election day and delegitimize mail in voting. My take away, he fueled more people to vote to get him the fuck out of office. It's a hopeless situation...0 -
BidenSaw a stat from Wapo that Trump interrupted 71 times. Biden did it 20 times.www.myspace.com0

Our local news had on a body language “expert” (an inexplicable plethora of whom have courageously and selflessly hurled themselves into the spotlight) who found that Joe began the speak-overs and did it more often than his louder opponent.I don’t know; at some point they just sounded to me like two little boys arguing - badly, I might add - on the playground.0

I don't know if that's true or not, but there's no way in the world that the majority of people would say that Biden precipitated that train wreck.0 -
Biden
agreed...absolutely impossible to have that impression. Trump was throwing every piece of bullshit he could at us. Some directed at Biden but mostly just straight up bullshit.mrussel1 said:

Might make some undeciders stay home, but Joe raised almost $4 million bucks alone last night. If anything this angered and fired up his supporters even more.cincybearcat said:
