Superblood Wolfmoon dropping soon?

What time is moonrise? In the e-mail announcing the App, etc., it was said "Superblood Wolfmoon Coming February 18". Will that be like Dance where it gets played on PJ Radio at 9PM Pacific, 12AM Eastern? Or will the App play the whole song after those aforementioned times? Anybody know?
