    This is the back and forth I was talking about. Because online travel agencies are often the ones that take the payment (because they have paid the hotel less money than you have paid them) the process of cancelling can get a little stickier.  It usually gets worked out but it can definitely be frustrating.

    This is me. I'd be lying if a tinnnnny part of me wasn't regretting going for best available over GA but hey I'll be seeing them in MSG and ever since I moved to NYC two years ago I've been hoping for this to happen.
