My district and the surrounding towns are closed until March 30.  Remote learning in effect.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......
  • Wow. A bunch of business people who have done things solving problems rather the bureaucrats who have done nothing stumbling about worried about saying the right thing. What a breath of fresh air.

What does that entail? Can you go out to store? Pharmacy? Liquor store?

Everything he does is the most basic, bottom of the barrel shit any jerkoff on the street could think of, which in his mind he thinks is genius level stuff.

Get CEO's from major companies talk about how they got this for 15-20 seconds each.

    Absolute brilliance.

It’s better than hearing from just him. At least it resembles a plan.

I haven't been following this thread but out here in Oregon it's getting a little crazy. Went to one grocery store this morning and it was pandemonium, people with full carts everywhere, canned foods sold out and of course more empty racks of paper and cleaning goods. So I grabbed some extra stuff I could find(beer mainly). So I'm picky about my coffee and had to go to another store. Grabbed it and headed toward the front. Suddenly I see a group of people with full carts at the back of the store. Turn the corner and see more than 40 people waiting in line. My minds is a bit blown.

Having worked with HHS, CMS and other Government Agencies, the competency of the people is 10 times what the previous Administration was.  They have a clue what health is as opposed to the prior administration (which I 'm sure was common with most administrations) had a bunch of bureaucrats that were just learning and had no clue how to get anything done.

I'm not talking about the figure heads. I'm talking about the people actually doing the work.

No offense, you're full of crap. The 'people who actually doing the work' are career employees not appointments, therefore they rarely change from administration to administration.

I did not see the presser. All I want to know is if they gave a definitive timeline on having sufficient testing capabilities. Does anyone know?

Oh and second, in your previous post you were celebrating the private sector since the public sector was incompetent.  Now you say they are 10x more competent than Obama's team and you're happy they are involved.  Make up your Trump licking mind already.  Geez, you can't even maintain the same talking point in the same hour.

Within a month, huh?  That’s reassuring.  Nothing like speed and efficiency in a time of crisis.  Thanks for replying.

There are 0 people here right now.

I am rocking out to PJ radio and drinking a beer.  Gonna finish up some stuff and then go to the movies, where based on the seating chart, I will be the only only person in the theater.

I could get used to this!
Dude, you could fart in there and not even feel guilty!
And on airplanes!  That would be so fulfilling!
