I just got my LA2 confirmation!!!  This morning I got a reply from Ticketmaster to my question about it, and they said Congratulations!! You scored tickets to Pearl Jam.  The only one you didn't get is LA2.  I decided to just wait and see, until I got a real confirmation.  Well, I finally got a real one!!

We are currently unaware of any issues that may have been involved in all emails not going out to every single member. We are doing our best to reach out to the proper individuals for more detailed information at this time. We were advised that all payments were already processed as of yesterday for ticket requests that were granted tickets. Upon looking at your ticket request, only the April 18thwould have been confirmed tickets. 

We would like to address your question concerning the priority options given to the members upon placing your ticket request. We do not have all detailed information on how this feature was applied to the selection process done by Ten Club. As per the guidelines that were given to us: fans had the option to enter multiple cities they wanted to be considered for and prioritize them according on which city and date they had more interest in being considered for. The selection, to the best of our knowledge would be done at random. Ten Club will begin drawing names using a computerized random selection process. Pre-sale tickets are limited. Ten Club does not guarantee tickets for all eligible members regardless of seniority. We are working as best a s we can with Ten Club to be able to supply you more detailed information, but we have limited access to the full details on how the selection process as we are only a platform used to submit the ticket requests.

Thank you for responding back to our email, we are more than happy to address any additional questions you may have concerning the presale selection process.

The requests are put through a random selection process by city.  Fans who wanted to be considered for a show date will be put with every other fan that has that same city on their request form. As per the details on how they filter and process those request, we do not have all the detailed information. The other date has not been confirmed nor denied. All notifications will be sent out by tomorrow Sunday January 19th. If you have not received a notice for the other show date on your request, please contact us on Monday for an update.

This is very similar to the explanation I received from TM CSR.  Priority did not matter and because of that seniority for reserved seats never came in to play.  The whole selection process was based on a random lottery system.  Further more, it seems as though you were really screwed if you set your priority 2 for the same city/venue as priority 1.

I wonder how closely 10c moderators are following any of these threads?

YES.  THIS!  Let's assume everyone had nice professional and courteous interactions and we weren't crazy as many assumed.  Something was borked and great work and hoooray.  I don't have to cancel meetings Thursday to try VF lol.

 For all those forum members that said it was a user error on are part.  I would like an apology. 

This shows what the masses can do if they speak up about wrong doings.

Just received email confirmation for LA1 BA today at 5:31 Cali time!! It was my second choice.

(LA2 BA was first choice & confirmed on the 17th.)

Today's email said "In the next 48hrs, a charge will appear on your credit card statement as Ticketstoday*Pearl Jam. You will receive a separate email with your receipt number and a summary of your transaction, once your card has been charged."

Btw, I didn't contact TM  or 10C about the issue. Just hoped they would correct the issue and they did!!

Got my confirmation email for OAK2! So happy, not only for me but for everyone here who was stressing out about it! I was so surprised at the email my wife thought I got bad news because I couldn't string together 3 words of what was happening...

Just got my confirmation for OAK 2. Congrats to everyone who is getting belated good news. We’ll probably never know for sure, but I like to think our collective hell raising helped TM and/or the 10C realize the extent of the problem

Just got a late confirmation for tickets for OAK 1. Around 6pm PST Monday. Priority 3 BA. Glad this was resolved. Hope others get good news too.

Whew.  Let me add to the list of finally getting an OAK 1 confirmation this afternoon.  Thank you to whoever made the right people aware of the glitch for those that requested tickets for cities with two shows and to those that worked to solve the problem.

Never received anything until just tonight.  Almost like we were never entered in the drawing for that particular show.
