I’ve been shut out before and it sucks. But like 100 pacer said, tickets will pop up. you just need to be on the ball and checking the forum for extras. I don’t see 10c doing much at this point but who knows It’s always worth a shot.
I would definitely recommend calls and emails to 10C. This definitely doesn't add up. I've seen screenshots of folks landing their 4th option. The only plausible explanation would be a fat-finger entry of a credit card number that would have voided the entry. Hoping this gets remedied for you quickly.
It can’t be an odds thing, even if it wasn’t accurate since others were getting 2nd and 3rd picks. I would think it has to be a glitch or there was an issue processing the CC. Maybe there wasn’t enough funds, maybe it was declined because it looked suspicious. But the email did say “due to high demand” which doesn’t make sense

Good luck, I’m sure you’ll get in.
The thing is though the forum will be different this time around with the face to fan set up. Before we could sell and meet up at the venue. Now sales will go into a pot and someone random is going to be buying it.
This doesnt add up, it said that the odds work exactly the same as they did in 10C. And if thats the case, the Home/AWAY shows were almost identical in regards to odds being so great and 10C securing "more tickets than ever before". Clearly you submitted correctly, as you received a confirmation email along with emails saying you didnt win tickets. Do you live in the US and maybe your bank blocked a international charge?
I live in toronto
Somethings up then.

If one of you hears back from TM or 10C, can you please post the response? Especially if it turns out there was some issue on your end. I know it can be tough to cop to that, but it would set a lot of minds at ease.
TM is specifically saying it was due to demand and not a cc or any other issue.
If EVERY show outside NY and Balt were at 99% this is mathematically impossible.
Let's not overcomplicate how the odds are supposed to work. They've always kept it easy... for example 10000 total ticket requests for 11000 tickets ~ 99% odds. Everyone should get tix.
Occum's razor- either the odds are wrong (most likely) or TM made a processing error (GA instead of BA, etc)
Either case, we should be hearing from 10c or TM today. This is not good.
I think would be helpful to add a screenshot of the email you got confirming your choices. And understand that the odds at the time of said email were not the final odds.

Said screenshot is on page 1 of the thread. They picked BA for both shows.

He did. Lerxst1992 just quoted it in the post above you.
Definitely get an answer from 10c. No one here knows what happened. Everyone is guessing at this point and on the interwebs misinformation spreads like wildfire.
It's also worth noting that there is language in the "thank you for submitting" email that states "if you are confirmed for a show, but your card is declined for any reason, you will be contacted by Ticketstoday". That kind of kicks out the theories of there being something wrong with the credit card and this becomes more of a processing error on the part of Ticketmaster.
Each show has 2 requests. Perhaps TM only looked at the first request for each show (GA) and disregarded the BA requests?
If this is how TM interpreted the requests, essentially there was no such thing as BA and all of us who picked BA are screwed.
It also would explain the 99 for every show which seemed like a pipe dream
This could turn into a massive cluster duck.
If it were a systemic issue regarding Best Available, we'd be seeing A LOT more people complaining. Something else appears to have gone wrong here. It should not have been possible for him to get denied a ticket when people with TOR at a lower priority got theirs. This is strange.
Are they already sending out confirmations on shows?? Anyone else get a confirmation that they won or lost?
yesterday was Canada, today will be Denver, LA and Oak
Thanks, do you know when Phoenix is? Also how do you know all this? I’m soo lame

this is only the beginning.
going to be a lot of upset members the new few days, weeks, months.
you pay for a membership yearly purposely to get good seats with a 99% chance of securing them and still get shut out.
