Put in for GA at MSG, the only show I applied for... denied. So, for the Verified Fan presale, are we all preverified, or did I miss doing something already?
You needed to sign up for Verified Fan before the the ticket drawing started.
Wow, I had no idea until now. I honestly stopped reading where it gave me the presale code on the email and hit the big red button where it says "Presale Info". Once on the website, I read the steps and went to the website to select my shows.
I know it is my fault, but placement is everything. Shall that option was clearly shown at the beginning, before the links, or once I selected my shows, I would've applied immediately. Ohhhh well :(
I love the statement on the Verified Fan information now that I read it: "...Althoughwe
feel confident we’ll be able to meet the demand of most, if not all Ten
Club ticket requests, we recommend that members also register for the
Ticketmaster Verified Fan® presale for added peace of mind."
General sales seems impossible, but lets see. Congrats to all the winners!
Sorry to break up the NY/Balt/StL/etc. lovefest, just want to report that LA emails were supposedly sent out yesterday and I STILL haven't heard back on the status of my LA1 entry.
If it wasn't for getting confirmed for LA2 I'd be too drunk to type this right now.
Look closely at the email that you got for LA 2 If you’re looking at Gmail it may have condensed the LA 1 email - this is what mine looked like and when I open up that top portion I see the confirmation for LA 1
I never got a rejection email, but I was starting to freak out a little bit hearing all of the horror stories...I should have just skipped straight to page 89!!!

Perhaps this has already been brought up in the thread but those who put BA but didn't get tickets to the 99% show like Nashville and St. Louis, did your 10c email match your Ticketmaster email?
I got a confirmation at 1:00 this afternoon for Nash and St. Louis. I just checked my email and I got a rejection letter for St. Louis after I already got the confirmation earlier today. Did this happen to anyone?
Yes if you go confirmed you are good it's a glitch someone posted earlei

I just received an email from TicketsToday saying that if you got confirmation emails and then later got the "unable to fulfill request" email, to disregard the second one. I think we all already knew that based on the tweet from TM, but at least now Ticketstoday is emailing.

In the end, I got what I wanted. St. Louis GA via my wife. And both LA shows BA - which I'm sure will be reserved. I feel bad for you guys that lost out. It seems like the percent's that ticketmaster was listing were not accurate :(
Dump the odds. Send all win/loss emails at the same time (even if it would be Sunday in this example). Best solution.
Why? Because people don’t understand basic premises? I’ve lost, ive won, each methods had its good and bad. This was by far the smoothest run theyve ever done. And quickest. Used to be weeks between entering and finding out.
The odds are a guide. And if someone didn’t understand the final odds were not the same as the moment they entered that’s on them not the process. We don’t need more dumbing down.
I’d rather find out as they select and get my credit card approval than wait for the end which is weeks later because an organization that has no place running a ticket business is attempting to do so (that’s 10C. Just being clear as I’m sure some people were thinking I would be referring to TM who does know how to, and I’m grateful PJ finally woke up to that).
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.

St. Louis show closed at 99% for best available. Not winning GA makes total sense, but when a show closes at 99%, and people are getting shut out with priority 2, that’s an issue

Yes, the rejection email was a mistake. From their (Ticketmaster) twitter:

Agreed. There are huge open questions about what happened yesterday. I suspect much of it may have been human error but without seeing people's entry emails we can't know that for sure.

And if they can’t rectify the St Louis situation then fine
but I think we’re owed an explanation on how the “new” odds % system really works so we can properly rank shows for future tours

One of my friends is 2 for 2 so far on reserved (priority 2 and 3). Not sure how some are getting this lucky while others got nothing. I am especially curious about the priority 3 GA post earlier in this thread.
I am not angry about missing out as the demand is very high. But I would like to know if some of us should be doing something different.

Why are so many folks assuming it must be “user error” with all the issues that have happened? How difficult was this that it must be the person’s fault? All you had to do was pick shows!
