    I don't think anybody knows for sure, but that's the hope.  LeafsRaysJaysfan? had hinted that it might only be a few days before an announcement, and he/she has been reliable in the past.  Also, as others have noted, if not tomorrow (and they rarely do weekends) we are getting pretty close to the holidays when the 10C typically shuts down until the New Year.  So, we'll see.

    I love it!  I just got an unexpected bonus today and I’m ready to hand it over to PJ!  So I am loving life and hoping for an announcement tomorrow. 
    My wife said it is not normal to have so much fun refreshing a forum website and trying to decipher clues.  
    She’s right but I don’t care.
