When you vote for Sanders, keep in mind, this is who trumpers want you to vote for.

Do you think Trump supporters are generally right about things?

Ummm...what a weird question cause I'm talking 1 specific issue.  For comparison, I think you are generally wrong about a lot of things but that doesn't mean you won't be right at some point.
So you are saying these Trump supporters you speak of on 1 specific issue -- this one for example - can be correct then.

They are going to paint Sanders as a socialist. This is not Canada. This is not Europe. They are extremely confident in their strategy

To make it even worse for Democrats, as been pointed out plenty, sanders is not even a Democrat, so he will even lose some votes from his own "party." November is a train wreck waiting to happen.

Trump was an outsider but he was smart enough to know to go all in with what the insiders wanted in order to win

The only way dems win in this country is to have a young charismatic candidate

Did the insiders want him to ask russia for help and to attack ted cruz wife etc?

Also, regarding socialism - here is your young candidates take on that:

Of course I agree with that but you know what it's like here? I'm in one of the bluest states (I wish I can get my phone to autosave that sentence!) And it's pretty bad even by me. Imagine what its like in the swing states. How much Fox News do you watch? Hint, its THE most popular cable channel here.
Isn't this what people said about voting in a black man before Obama?

And when people are all "this is what america want and all they can take" you end up with Gore, Kerry, Hillary.

Have a bit of faith and do the right thing, and:

The huge difference is that demographic IS the democratic base.

Obama got the base out in record numbers for obvious reasons, and left leaning moderates and conservatives with his intelligence and charisma. He is a once in a generation politician.
Well, that rules out Mayo Pete.
True. He definitely is not getting the black vote.
    And why is that?
    Because he is gay.
    This statement is racist.

Unfortunately, I think Pete's strategy is at odds with what just happened in Iowa. It's long been clear that he's been counting on gaining momentum from Iowa and riding that wave through, following in Obama's footsteps in how he ran his campaign. I think the two key differentiators this time around that would change the conditions enough to change the results, are Pete's lack of black voters, and the fact that the results rollout has been such a shit-show (and is already being weaponized as Democratic ineptitude, and buried under Trump's acquittal). My gut feel is that that won't be enough to keep him in the spotlight.

Buttigieg campaign spent heavily in the last four months — betting it all on Iowa

I don't have a horse in this race, but if it were Biden threatening to take the lead, Perez would be mum, regardless of what a shitsow it has been.

You know what, Bernie should make everyone happy (democrats, republicans, whathaveyou) and withdraw from the democratic party and run as an independent.

That's what democrats appear to be clamoring for, though I don't think they've thought that one through (because democrats). His campaign has more than enough funding to do so.

It would amuse me at least.

This is one of the things I like about Yang so very much.  Rather than berate another candidate, he congratulates them.  Smart, positive, hard working, energetic, all around good-guy!

Amash? Am I misunderstanding? I applaud his courage but he  denies a woman’s right to manage her own healthcare, he’s  not interested in protecting the environment and would rather see tax cuts than helping the poor and homeless.

I don’t see how he would not be last in any democratic primary.

Ironically based on the iowa caucuses, his supporters don’t agree with him. It appeared the majority were going elsewhere when he wasn’t viable. Of course, could be wrong but that what I saw and heard. But with how iowa is going....who knows if accurate.

I would like to think he would win his home state. But I would also like to think his home state wouldn't have voted for (Pence and others like him before and after). As stated, NW Indiana is blue, but that doesn't impact the majority enough.

Maybe some time in the distant future, but right now, there is an unshakable core and a cult-like following for the orange buffoon.

•Pence did his own part to hold back the GLBTQ community prior to going to DC.
•Indiana JUST legalized the selling of alcohol on Sundays.
•I don't partake in weed, but am not opposed to its legalization. Not an iota of momentum towards legalizing it here.
