I love the 10c. I love Pearl Jam. With that being said there is no acceptable defense of not at least giving paid members an update on what is happening with the last two holiday singles. $20 or $1000 it doesn’t matter the amount. It is wrong for any company to accept money for goods and not deliver. Or at the very least give a time frame update. And I put a lot of blame here on the band as well. Especially as much as they all love vinyl. You think they would care about releasing a cool piece for the last two singles. And just for the record I’m not “worked up” over this in any way at all. Just stating some facts.
Some people have valid points from a consumer standpoint but we’re talking about the Christmas single here, guys.
i truly don't care one way or the other. The other benefits are just fine with me. Bring on Vault 9!
You are smart enough to know it's more about the principle and them taking us for granted with their silence and not giving a crap for X years to produce what has been paid for.
I don't give a crap about the actual single. It shows up when it shows up. And hopefully the DEEP too - because that is great,
I do give a shit about tenclub attitude towards us and the magic of communication. I do give a shit about Pearl Jam finding a bunch of stuff to do for X years but not the time or energy to care enough to fix the things they owe us.
That says something.

One of my favorite singles is red rocks 95. Easy as pie. Just do that 2 more times
Are they going to be sending 2 issues of Deep as well? Let's not forget that they are still selling Analog Membership which includes a physical copy of Deep. They are getting closer to being 3 years behind on sending Deep.
I understand some people do not care about this and I totally get it. It makes me mad when my childhood heroes treat 10Club members like this. I remember signing up when I was 14 years old and the excitement it brought. Pearl Jam cared back then and it was something special. I guess it's not a surprise that since the band has gone stale that the fan club will follow.
I wouldnt be surprised if it was the Deep magazine causing more of a hold up. If they dont send Deep and the single together then they are paying a lot of extra shipping money.

I just wonder about the people who let their memberships lapse that are owed the singles. I would expect the 10club has their info on file, but what if they moved? It’s going to only get harder every day for the 10club to fulfill their obligation.

I thought it was only one single that's missing. Shows how much of a "whatever" attitude I've developed with the Tenclub
We are owed 2017 and 2018. the 2016 was labeled “2017” and they pretty quickly said it was an error and was in fact the 2016 single. But I’ve always wondered if it was intentional, hoping we’d forget about 2016. Or at the very least shows they didn’t even know how far behind they are, I don’t think it was a misprint.

I thought we missed 2017 but then after that they said they were discontinuing the singles. Or maybe they were just discounting the vinyls? Who knows at this point?
Easy street would have been a great idea. Who here would have complained if that was the 2017/18 single? I’m guessing not 1 person. But they chose to charge us $40 instead of giving us something we paid for going on 3 years ago.

That would have been a great idea. Hell, it could have still be a record-store release for non-tenclub members, and free for members.
If I got a $20-$30 discount off of the next vault I would be happy in lieu of these singles. I agree though not a good look to just sweep the issue under the carpet and ignore.

But sending us the RNR HOF show from 2017 as a 2016 vinyl doesnt make sense. It would have been impossible to do If they kept to the schedule. So that feels off. as in - If they would have done things in a timely matter — What would the 2016 single have been?
will the 2017 single be songs from the 2020 tour?
Haha.
They should have just had that as the 2017 single and released the 2016 single later.

Because it doesn't surprise you.
