If they told me that Deep was not going to be back-fixed....as in, they arent going back and sending issues from the past...I'm fine with that. I do want the vinyl, though.

If we dont have something by Summer, I'll get my Sharpies out.  B)
    Any suggestions.

I can see it on the next live dvd/ blu ray, angry man in crowd with

"Hey how about those 2 missing Ten Club singles!"

    on a placard.
They would digitally alter them. Die Hard with a Vengeance style. Or Oceans from MTV Unplugged style if you wish.
What did they alter in Die Hard with a Vengeance?

they played "Die Hard with a Vengeance" on terrestrial TV here in New Zealand yesterday (Jan 7) and they DID NOT digitally alter the sign John wears in Harlem.

Assuming that's what you're talking about.

They altered the sign McClane is wearing at the beginning for television. But I guess, it could have been a blank sign and both signs in the end being digital. Or they shot it twice with different signs.

I have no idea what @Sea or @Kat would say about posting a frame of it from the movie.  It's okey to be used in the movie. And to be quoted on wikipedia. I refrain though. I'm on probation. A bit similar to down-on-his-luck John McClane at the start of the movie. You can google it though.

Can you name the Patti Smith song here starting with Rock n Roll... by the way or do you have to censor it on here?

They don't alter it here on TV either. Because it is eyerollingly dumb.

completely-destroyed-for-TV versions can turn pretty fun though.

that is definite yes, 1999 wins on original material, 2011 (er 2010 - I think it was late one) is definitely a nod to a classic show and they pulled the two tracks I think that were most appropriate too.

Nope.... They'd rather start a whole new marketing campaign instead of making things right first. If you look hard enough at the waterfalls, it isn't actually water. It's our annual singles falling into the sea of "no one cares". They aren't sorry about any of this. I would love for them to correct me but instead they want us to go on a scavenger hunt.

I think it's bizarre that no one has ever apologized for this happening. I would hope that the band isn't so disconnected from the fans that they just don't care about this situation. I don't believe they do.

Ive recently had a really good customer service experience with 10c. Judging by how quickly they responded to me it seems like their hands are tied and not allowed to say anything specific about the missing singles and 3 copies of Deep.

Don't get me wrong, I am excited for the new album too. I think the marketing billboards are a really cool idea. I just don't understand why years have gone by and this hasn't been addressed in any kind of apologetic manner.  The only explanation I can come up with is that the band just does not care.
  • who who the hell is talking about the customer service from 10c? We are talking about missing items that we paid for years ago and never received.

Because people say that 10c doesn't care about its customers. Customer Service is an extension of that.
