    I get her overall point here.  As a dad (not divorced), it kinda sucks that this is the way we look at the Dads.  I don't want to get overly outraged here as she was just trying to use a metaphor, but I would have expected more from her.



    What is wrong with divorced Dad's?  I worked with 3 divorced Dad's, 2 of them had sole custody of their children and I would have loved them as a father, the other had joint custody and the mother was all too happy to let him have them as often as liked, maybe she meant divorced Moms.  She like her husband are clueless...

    The double-standard is real.

    "Political Correctness" is a term for when the left gets outraged.  Applies to racial stereotyping (particularly when "it's comedy,"), rape jokes, mocking the disabled, and any other thing that the left should just fucking lighten up about.  Does not apply when the right is offended. This includes kneeling during a patriotic song, saying "happy holidays," and private coffee companies coloring their cups red rather than specifically for Christmas (seriously).

    And I mean this with all sincerity; I absolutely praise the right over this.  How they've been able to make taking offense only bad when one side does it, I really don't know.  But they own it...it's their most productive ownership of the libs, ever.
