    This is probably not the best place for this question since not too many of us did in the first place.  Sadly, I don't think he's lost too many supporters.  Most of the shit is exactly what they wanted.

    I agree with you. A few of my Facebook 'friends' think Trump is the best thing that ever happened to the USA. they are extremely pleased with Trump.

    "Knowing what you know now, if your state's caucus/primary were held today would you still support the same candidate you supported in 2016?"

    and

    "Knowing what you know now, would you still cast the same vote you cast in November?"

    I think my answer to both questions would be yes, but since I was conflicted both times I'm sure I would be conflicted again.

    Well, there’s certainly a number of folks on here who seem to lean Team Trump Treason and May have voted for him but are embarrassed to admit it and a few who haven’t posted in awhile. Also, there’s a bunch of folks in the other threads who seem likely to be Team Trump Treason supporters based on their comments regarding Ed’s politics or rambling at shows but they probably avoid the AMT.

    Feel free to start more pointed questioning threads or polls though. I just figured we needed a one year gut check. Collectively, we’ve probably forgotten 3/4s of the shit because everyday there is 1/4 more shit compounded to question how we got here in a year.

    I will say that it's worse than I thought.  From an experience standpoint, I knew he was in over his head.  I knew he was crass and figured he'd embarrass us some.  But on issues, I actually thought he might piss the GOP off by going a bit left at times and if he had good people around him...  I knew it was a potential disaster but I still think I underestimated it.  He's just as unqualified as I thought but actually more embarrassing.  But once he started making appointments, I knew he'd be a hard-core conservative reflective of the internet-commenting dregs that voted for him and I knew also he was surrounding himself with a new, more-toxic swamp.  

    In short, my glimmer of hope that this would be salvageable disappeared before inauguration day.  And even, then, it continues to go below a very low bar.  Tweeting at B-listers, concerning himself with the NFL's kneelers, identifying with the white nationalist movement.  Knowing what I know now?  I would not have even toyed with the idea of voting third (which I did not anyway).

    I voted Trump.  I knew he was an idiot.  I knew he had serious character flaws.  I somehow figured he would curb his ways a bit once he was finally in the White House, I was wrong.  Do I regret it at times, certainly.  Would I vote for Hilary if I had to do it over.  Absolutely Not.
