Ten Club Pre-sale: A special ticket pre-sale drawing for all show dates starts February 7th at 10am PT and ends February 12th at 10am PT. This gives fans time to get their travel plans together to make it out to these historic shows. Ten Club has made arrangements to get more tickets than ever before exclusively for our members. We are confident we’ll be able to accommodate most, if not all, drawing entries. Some major changes to how tickets are distributed are noted below.
Ten Club Mobile Tickets: No will call. No physical tickets. In order to distribute tickets more efficiently, Ten Club will be delivering all Ten Club tickets directly to your smart phone. Mobile ticket delivery requires an iPhone or Android smart phone. Instead of scanning a physical ticket at the gate, members will access tickets through their smartphone and scan directly from the screen of your mobile device. Step-by-step instructions on how to access your ticket on your phone will be sent to all Ten Club ticket holders via email when they are ready for mobile distribution. We plan to have this delivered to you by early July.
Guest Ticket: Since tickets will now be scanned into the venue through your smartphone, we are allowing only your guest ticket be transferable to your guest's smartphone. This is a one-time-only transfer, no exceptions. This transfer option has been put in place to accommodate members whose guest is not able to enter the building at the same time as them. This transfer function will not be available until the days leading up to the show. An email will be sent to fans closer to the show date when this feature is made available.
Eligibility: Members active as of Tuesday, January 23rd are eligible for this drawing. New memberships and membership renewals purchased after that date are not considered eligible for this drawing. Members who were active on Tuesday, January 23rd, but whose membership expires without renewal before February 7th, will not be eligible for this drawing.
GA and Reserved Ticket Options: Eligible members may enter the drawing for both GA and Reserved tickets to any given show, but can only possibly be selected for one pair of tickets per show.
GA (General Admission Standing) Tickets: There will be a GA pit in front of the stage for all venues except Boston. In Missoula the entire floor will be GA split into a front and back section. Ten Club has acquired the entire GA pits immediately in front of the stage for the fan club pre-sale drawing. Please know there are less GA pit tickets available in the drawing than there are reserved seated tickets. If you are NOT interested in standing for the entirety of the show, do not enter the drawing for GA tickets.
Reserved Seating: In order to accommodate more Ten Club members than ever before, please be aware Ten Club seated tickets will be spread further back than usual, and include some of the best seat locations in the house. For Seattle, Chicago and Boston this includes seats on the field, seats in the lower level of the bowl and seats in the front rows of the upper level. For Missoula, seats are located throughout the 100 level. Reserved seated tickets are assigned to members based on seniority in the Ten Club and will start closest to the stage extending back.
Disabled Access Tickets: There are a limited amount of disabled access tickets available. There will be an offline ticket drawing held for eligible members. For disabled access tickets, DO NOT enter the drawing. Instead, please email tickets@tenclub.net with the subject “Disabled Access Seating." If entering for more than one show, please send your list of show entries in priority order.
Drawing Rules - There is no limit to the number of shows for which you can enter the drawing.
- There is no limit to the number of shows for which you can be drawn for and charged. By entering the drawing for any show, you are committing to purchase the tickets should your name be drawn. For example, if you enter for all 7 shows, it is possible your name can be drawn for all 7 shows in which case your credit card will immediately be charged for a pair of tickets to all 7 shows. Tickets are non-refundable. So, please only enter for the number of shows you are prepared to pay for and attend.
- Members entering a drawing will have a $1 authorization held on their cards no matter how many shows have been entered. If selected for any shows during the drawing, this $1 authorization will become a final sale charge totaling the sum of the ticket prices of all the shows drawn. If not selected, the $1 authorization will be canceled and released back to your card.
- Names will be selected for each ticket type taking your priority into consideration. But it is not guaranteed you will get your first choice.
- If you cancel your drawing entries, the $1 authorization will be canceled releasing the funds back to you. Please note that some banks do not make the funds available to you immediately upon cancellation, so check with your bank to make sure you have funds available before resubmitting a new entry.

- The Ten Club member whose account was used to purchase the tickets is the ticket holder. You may not purchase a pair of tickets with the intentions of giving away or reselling both tickets. No exceptions.
- Reserved tickets are assigned in advance based on seniority in the fan club. Seat location is not revealed until your mobile ticket is made available to you closer to the show. Sorry, we do not take seating requests.
