    Temperature is cool enough so I can bake in the oven Roast beef potatoes carrots and peppers! Great for sandwiches in the coming days

    Which cut did you use Jose? I have always wanted to make on of those but have no clue which cut to buy (other than a rib $$$$$ roast of course).

    😂😂 tell you the truth I didn’t really look into what cut it was my wife said go get a roast beef I just looked it’s a round rump roast! It was 4 lbs  $ 30
