Looks great! Chipotles in adobo are amazing. We always have it in the house. So many things you can do with them. I like to use a spoonful of the sauce in my scrambled eggs. They are great in a simple black bean salad. We also mix them with kewpie mayo or plain yogurt for dips, wraps and sandwiches. Game changer.

I found these chopped chipotles in adobo in a squeeze bottle. So I can use it as a condiment. Seems more convenient than using the canned ones in this way.

Had British high tea for a friend’s bday. There is a place in Greenwich Village that does a good one. The scones were particularly delicious.

For sure. It took me a good 30 minutes to walk there since I am in the East Village. So it was nice getting warmed up. The 30 minute walk home was even colder though.

Sometimes you have to put down a rack of ribs. It is what it is.

    Well hell.
I worked at a restaurant and dude ate a rack. I waited on him.
Came back the next night for another. (Not as beautiful as yours^^)

    I bought him a t-shirt!

No problem putting down a rack of baby backs. Not so much St. Louis cut. I always fill up on sides. I guess it's a good thing I live in a BBQ wasteland. Now I am tempted to get a rack or two for the super bowl.

My favorite. But I usually get coleslaw or potato salad instead of fries. I love cornbread though.

It might be time for ribs again. Last time I had them was last 4th of July. I was in Berlin (cancelled PJ shows), and since it was 4th of July we decided to go to an American style BBQ place. Surprisingly, it was actually quite good. They did a nice job. Remember that - @Bentleyspop
