Doing a leg of lamb here. I was going to smoke it, but the crust comes out a bit better roasted, so going that route.

I had a burger last night at a cafe it didn’t look nearly as good as this one damn that’s juicy! I’m still on low fiber diet can’t eat any uncooked vegetables, but I don’t think I could resist this burger!

Yes. I have not done a whole bird but I have a cheap usb powered fan that I have used with duck breasts in the fridge. Seems to help dry them out.
