Made a big salad for lunch - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beans, grilled chicken, avocado, hard boiled egg. I think Elaine would approve.

I don’t think I have ever had pate, how would you describe the taste?

Ha ha.   Got it.  I m not sure if I would like it. However that prosciutto on your plate would be gone in seconds.

I love pate. Duck and chicken are great. I have also had pork pate which is also good - but not quite as good as the duck. Spread on crusty bread with the little cornichon pickles - so good.

    Special tonight at Hula Grill.
Panko Crusted Opah and Grilled Hawaiian Sword w/ garlic mash. Not a bad final dinner.

I never had opah before (hell I never heard of it, I had to look it up) that whole meal looks awesome.  Have a safe flight back to the mainland.

Tonight We made three ribeyes in this new air fryer we just got.    Holy shit, so tender I cut it with a fork.  I love cooking steaks on the grill but the air fryer made it so much juicer and tender.  Just added salt and olive oil.
