Hope Neil's ok. He will not be inducting PJ Friday night. The replacement is not going to be very popular. David letterman filing iN. Wish it was Bruce or Obama but I guess wil have to live with Dave. Don't shoot messenger

    I was told but those that would know. Not much else to say.... I hope Neil is ok and I wish it was Bruce replacing Neil but apparently letterman is doing it. Seems odd not to me but that is what I was told. Trust me it's The truth.

    Letterman can give a good speech. He'd be a good entertaining/heartfelt speaker if this is true

    Wow. No offense to NY and hope he's OK, but DL is my hero. And it'll be a nice change. Inductions often feel like nepotism. DL is arms length

    Letterman will be a solid replacement for Neil. If you wanna watch a guy that loves and cares about an artists work, go watch some Warren Zevon appearances on Lettermans show over the years, culminating with Dave's announcement of his death back in in 2003.
