So....my guess is that tRump will open up the government and state that he will pursue the wall via the defense budget.  Which won't happen but it allows him to claim victory.

WRong.....leaking that he is going to offer up some DACA stuff for the 5.7B

It's interesting that he is choosing to negotiate publicly again,  when the last time went horribly wrong.

But keep in mind, they’re not saying the story isn’t true, they’re saying there are inaccuracies. Not the same.

It's really odd for them to respond...but yeah the response is vague.  It's almost like they want people to know that the leak didn't come from them.

    Lol
Reminds me of back in the early 80's when a lot of people who were sick of receiving junk mail took the advertiser's postage paid return envelopes and glued them to bricks and dropped them in the mail.  Unfortunately, the postal service put the kibosh on that one pretty quickly.  Then for a while the next thing was to stick a sheet on metal with rounded corners in the envelope and drop that in the mail.  Some clever shit was going on there!
wait a second...how come i was not in on this? i was only in elementary school in those days, but i collected stamps.  very familiar with the postal service.
You probably  didn't get tons of junk mail in elementary school!

More Americans pessimistic about Trump's presidency than any presidency in last 25 years

I don't mind if the Democrats agree to the Trump deal.  I'd try to extract more or longer protections,  but it's a good starting position.

Coulter hates it,  so you know it's on the right track.

I hope it's a minority but I don't know- look how many millions voted for Trump.  It boggles the mind.

Give him the money, I doubt that much wall would get built before he's out of office, then the democratic president can halt all construction and return the funds to the government coffers.  In the meantime, DACA is extended past Trump's term...unless people are not as confident that he'll be gone by 2020.  Do they not have to do environmental assessments.  That can take a couple years in itself.

I didn't realize it was only 3 years of protection.  That just kicks the problem down the road and allows the GOP to hold them hostage again.  So I agree with you.  But if it became permanent citizenship,  then I would support.

We still have 800k people out of work and 1.x dreamers with no future.  If it costs us the baby's wall of a few miles (only a fraction of what is 'needed' to cover the whole border), then that's reasonable to me.

Trump the great negotiator splits his caucus with his deal, without splitting the Democrats or even having a reasonable chance of passing.  What a genius.
