    Judging by how few posts have been made in this thread in the past couple of days, and how many are in the Syria threads, it looks like this distraction is working pretty well, lol. Trump must be thrilled!

    i would hardly call a government using chemical weapons on their own people a distraction.  more like an evil act that needed a response.

    Er, tthe bombing of Syria is the distraction, not the use of chemical weapons by Assad. Military action is pretty well known to be used as a distraction... And it works, and you've just proven it. That doesn't mean that the action doesn't have a major impact, but that does not diminish the fact that leaders who are in trouble often use military actions to distract voters from the shit that have them in trouble.
    And HAHAHAHHAHAHA re an evil act that needed a response. As if Trump gives a flying fuck about acts of evil. The US government loves to pretend that this shit is about them caring about people, but that is never the case.
