I feel bad for all those people that worked so hard for that.   Sandy Hook came so close to some kind of change there too.  I don't think anything will get done there with these Republicans who are only focused on the agenda they've been waiting for those eight years while Obama was in office.  Hopefully with the Democrats taking the House, that will change.   There are going to be a lot of pissed off Republican baby boomers not liking this blue wave.  Prepare for the backlash, y'all.  Its like a civil war.
Yep - no longer a civil war but going to be a culture/class war.

And like everything in this world - they're fucked up by Boomers. They need to hurry up and die.
    Twisted...

We're all gonna die that's for certain. Just hopefully some quicker than others.
What a profound statement.  Wishing a certain generation death is just silly. But it shouldn't surprise me.
Ha! Just the other day you were threatening to kill a cop because he ran over a deer.
    Are they endangered?
I never threatened anyone, the fact that cop intentionally ran over an injured fawn purposelly and continued to do so even after the fawn was crying.  I said the cop deserves the DP.
Again, are they endangered? If not, and it’s in pain, is killing wrong? As hard as it may be?

The methodology left much to be desired.

    It's interesting the headline reads

"FBI investigated how Trump's actions seemed to benefit Russia"

When it could just as easily read

"FBI investigated how Trump's actions are treasonous"

I believe the Constitution is very specific on treason.

What a profound statement.  Wishing a certain generation death is just silly. But it shouldn't surprise me.

With Government Shut Down, Citizens Forced To Interfere In Their Own Lives

—With the government shutdown in effect, life has felt incomplete for many Americans. “Everything is just too easy—it’s boring,” said restaurant owner Gloria Morgan, “and I realized it’s because we’re missing an essential challenge in life: soulless bureaucrats posing arbitrary rules on us.”

One of the primary functions of the government is to ignorantly muck around in the business of others, but the shutdown has hampered that. Thus citizens have been forced to try to fill that void themselves. “Today I just suddenly decided large sodas weren’t allowed,” said Morgan. “It was an annoying, pointless obstacle the whole day—it was like the government was still around.”

“I arbitrarily decided I couldn’t use plastic bags in school lunches,” said Arlene Williams, mother of three. “It was really irritating to deal with. It really made me feel like there was still some bureaucrat out there not caring about me.”

Not everyone found it easy to take the government’s place, though. “I tried imposing random rules on myself, but it wasn’t the same,” said business owner Patrick Stanley. “The problem is I understand my business too well, so a lot of the rules actually made sense. I really need someone with no understanding of my company or economics making these rules, or it just doesn't feel right.

Worst thing about the shutdown? Government not approving new craft beer and some craft beer not being able to move across state lines.

    End the shutdown now!
