Man what a complete incompetent Baffoon he is , but you all know that better than anyone ! lol why does he always say that when spewing one of his lies ?
Maybe Vegas should start posting a daily over/under for the number of lies the LIAR-IN-CHIEF will say everyday.
You know what I find funny about that graphic, the only 2 presidents not to be re-elected had the least amount of resistance. That doesn't exactly boost confidence that the higher numbers mean as much as we'd like to think.
That is true. To me the poll speaks to how divided the US is in recent years. Second on the list is Obama.
This Polling suggests trump's high water mark is 46%, exactly what he received in 2016.
I am very interested in how many will "probably" vote against trump
That would be very distressing. The other branches need to take their power back. This is the time.
The SCOTUS is broken. Too many of the judges are completely partisan, which is a situation created by the nomination and affirmation process, and it's now weighted towards a party that has completely abandoned any kind of respect for the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. That entire process desperately needs to be separated from government for America to have any hope going forward of a non-partisan, aka fair, SCOTUS.
What happens if SCOTUS rules against trump and orders everything related to Mueller and his tax returns be released to Congress and trump refuses?
What could Congress possibly do, send the Sergeant at Arms alone to the White House? Interested to hear everyone's thoughts.
That would be very distressing. The other branches need to take their power back. This is the time.

Is Trump the only one with access to his tax returns? No. The IRS has his returns, why would they refuse a court order? The Mueller report might be a different scenario because it is in the hands of the justice department...

Maybe that would be the thing that would sway republicans toward impeachment. Gotta be.

Impeachment articles is the remedy by the Constitution. At that point we would need enough Senate Republicans that recognize that separation of powers is important. There are a handful that I know would go along, but we shall see.

I doubt it.
I can't see this Republican Senate impeaching this president. They're all in.
I still think the Congress should hold impeachment hearings to get the truth out there in time for the next election. But it will be purely for politics.

There's a pretty big difference between the Russia stuff and refusing to honor oversight that is further sanctioned by the courts. Maybe I'm being naive but the Constitution is clear on the co-equal nature of the branches and if two bodies vote on something, the third cannot refuse without creating a full blown crisis.

Pelosi’s
"cover-up" remark is just “part of her now-daily act of political
cognitive dissonance in which she accuses Mr. Trump of committing impeachable
offenses to appease her anti-Trump ultras while opposing impeachment lest it
jeopardize swing-district Democrats in 2020,” The Wall Street Journal
editorial board writes. President Trump “has decided to call her bluff and
offer a choice—impeachment or bipartisan progress.”

How many calories in one of those?
It's funny, but it seems win/win to me politically. If there is no progress, that means Trump can't run on infrastructure or whatever. What's the near term downside? Trump didn't call her bluff, he doubled down on the negative.
That would be very distressing. The other branches need to take their power back. This is the time.

Well they are completely ignoring one branch, to me that should already qualify as a constitutional crisis. I could see them fighting over some things but the administration is fighting everything. There are giving a huge middle finger to the role of oversight.
It does look like the judicial branch is holding their own so far, but that process is slow and that's what Trump's people are counting on. It's the courts strength but it's also a weakness when it comes to politics. And im not confident that the highly partisan supreme Court will do the right thing in the end regardless.
This has all been coming to a head for years with the supreme Court becoming so politicised.
"You don’t have to be a saint for God to love you or for you to love God. I didn't vote for Trump because he's been married three times, I didn’t vote for him because he may have cheated on any of his wives, and I certainly didn’t vote for him because he had lost money in a business venture and filed for bankruptcy. I DID vote for him because our border should have a wall to help stop all the illegals, I voted for him because he promised to cut unemployment and create jobs, I voted for him because he loves America and will fight for our republic and our rights, I voted for him because he believes in our Constitution and above all else I felt he would deliver on every promise if there was any way possible. He isn’t a perfect man, but he is the perfect man for the job of President of the great republic the United States of America. After the anti-American, corrupt Obama, Trump is a breath of fresh air! #MAGA#KAG"
^^ That is a third of the country. The idea that he loves America and the Constitution is bordering on comical. And I'm convinced you would not hear about it so much if we'd not had a black president for the previous eight years.

What exactly was Obama anti-American and corrupt about? I'd love for a Team Trump Treason supporter to explain them to me. Can you be a muslim for god to love you?

Justin Amash launched a Twitter storm today, but it sure is in stark contrast to the way Cheetolini uses Twitter. He did a great job of laying out exactly why he holds the opinions he does about Trump and impeachment. It is nice to see a GOP congressman buck the party and thoughtfully and calmly lay out the case for impeachment.

I’m on page 48 of Volume 2 where Team Mueller lays out the obstruction case for FUCKING CONGRESS TO TRY! Put the repubs in the senate on the record for Team Trump Treason or the Constitution and the rule of law. They can’t have both.
So who’s Trumped out lol I’m not , where’s BS when you need him it seems ages ago when the Baffoon did his victory lap my oh my how the tides have changed !
Still picking up fruit that’s fallen from the poisonous tree and spiking the ball. 28-18.
