For me, this has never been about party.  It's about how a despicable criminal man who is president of this country needs to just GO AWAY!

71% of Americans in latest ABC poll want Trump’s advisors to testify. Pelosi needs to hold firm and not send the articles to the senate until we are all guaranteed a fair trial.

Hope something good comes of this.  I think it will only make him more out of control when the result amounts to little/nothing.

Well at least if Biden wins we will have a POTUS with an impeccable record and guarded public speaking that will in no way open himself up to the GOP using this as a precident to launch a similar show in a few years.  Whew.
So you think what Trump did with Ukraine is either acceptable or standard presidential behavior?
What I think is that this will get shot down in the Senate.
Um. No shit. That doesn't mean the house shouldn't do its duty.

Agreed. Finally there is some accountability on the record. Even if the 'Do Nothing' Senate leader runs a sham trial, History will reflect that some members of Congress took their Oath of Office seriously.

I was stoked to hear of the impeachment cuz he's a fucking clown and I can not believe he was elected PUSA - holy fuck that still makes me belly laugh.

    And I'm from Canada lol.

I wish we could impeach our own PM. He's a fucking twat's knob and I laughed when he got elected too. Such a dork shmuck loser who can't figure out we need to get our resources to market as much as possible. And I'm fully aware a SHIT LOAD of people love Trudeau and hate my position lol. That's my guess as well.  On a number of levels and for various reasons, I'm glad he was impeached. But what next?  Hopefully something better than the last 3 years.  We'll see.

One thing for sure, if more people don't get involved (and I don't mean just talking about it), nothing will get better.  Yesterdays rallies are an example.  Ours had a good turn out, but only one person I know well beside me and my wife showed up.  Where were my friends who are always talking shit?  At home.  And what about here?  I've asked three times who here went to a rally yesterday?  No hands shown so far.

I hate to be blunt but we need to get involved or shut up.

half?  61(rounded up) million voted for this fuck. Now I went to public school but my math says 330 million divided by 61 million equals no where near half the fucking country.....

AH! lol... Roughly 130 million votes... wiki says 63M went to trump.... call it half lol. My point is A-OK. Extrapolate that out as a representation of the general population and ya... half of the USA love Hillary and half love Trump. Love is a bad word... see if I care lol. And I'd venture a guess that that represents the world too... lol..... it's fucked for sure... but certainly I'd say half the people on this god damn planet love trump. And I'd also say half the people on this planet are fucked in the head lol lol

Why is there no reasoning with you on this one? lol  If approximately half of the votes were for you, one can assume that approximately half that didn't even vote probably would've chosen you if they did vote. We both hate trump, but I seem to be the only one between us that understand how sampling works. So what if half the country likes Trump anyways... moving on in this discussion... actually, I'm pretty good to jump ship here and swim to other waters. Peace out for now mickeyrat et al.

he drew no more than 30% more like 27% of those that could. period.

your sampling premise is horseshit. 7 billion people on the planet. you're telling me 3.5 billion love him. get the fuck out of here with that bullshit.

Seems dumb to argue when the people you're speaking for didn't care enough to vote against him so whether they love him or not, they didn't give a shit if he was elected. Besides that, he's still polling at over 40% so there's that. I also don't think it's absurd to extrapolate it to the world because most other countries are lapping it up that the US elected this moron. They love to see the US falter, which means they love having this dumb fuck around.
    It's a hopeless situation...

to my knowledge the eligible nonvoter isnt typically included in political polling. so to assign  what you suggest isnt accurate imo.

after 16 I wanted to see extensive polling done on that group as to why they chose not to among other things.

I seriously doubt trump has gained significant support since he was sworn in.

This is a microcosm of what we're dealing with over here. Republicans nominate clowns but a bunch get in because Democrats are insufferable scolds.

Well impeachment happened yesterday.   Woke up this morning and nothing was different.  Still in office.   Will be old news in about 12 hours.

He is such a terrible person.  It is incredible how far the Republicans have sunk.

Lot of laughing going on when you type.
