^^^^you really need to look at the Entitled Sexual Predator a little more closely before you describe anyone or any group of individuals as smug and arrogant.

Smug and arrogant are accurate descriptors. She was the anointed one. The Democratic Party, the media and Hillary herself, even prior to the election, let us all know that she would be the next president. It was her turn. It's funny because in sports you always hear "on paper they should have won, but that's why we play the game". This is what happened with the election. On paper, Hillary was going to run away with it. But she didn't show up to play. She showed up waiting for her coronation.

There is a lot of truth to this.

^^^in hindsight going for the full run of the table was a mistake. that was a bit arrogant. However, look at her opponent. The man is an undisputed racist-chronic vagina grabber. My Chihuahua should have been able to beat him. And no, this does not speak to the weakness of Hillary. It speaks to the unforgivably insidious nature by which ESP ran his campaign.

The full run was arrogant. So too was just assuming states like Michigan and Wisconsin were hers for the taking. Bernie beat her soundly in both. Both were winnable but she never really tried to win them. There was an assumption that they were won based on the history of other campaigns, not an understanding of conditions on the ground.

This isn't a zero sum game. Calling one of the candidates smug and arrogant doesn't mean the other isn't. I was responding to an observation about Clinton. If someone had called Trump smug and arrogant, I'd have agreed with that as well. The difference is that Trump's arrogance didn't preclude him from putting in the effort.

you have a point. Hillary did come off as smug and arrogant. And yeah, after vagina-gate who wouldn't? so you can't cut your nose to spite your face. Anyone who's running for public office and who camera's in their face all the time will take on a certain smugness especially in a debate. It's called competition. Every hard core competitor on the planet turns into an asshole when it's game time.

It's sad man. Yeah Hillary, not a perfect person. But if you took her husband out of the picture, you'd see a pretty solid civil servant. She got screwed by an ESP who thinks winning is more important than how you win. Don't get me wrong, Hillary plays hardball and she didn't hold back. There was a difference. Just think about it....just a little.

not a good reason to choose someone who is already made promises to suppress freedom of the press. the man went into this knowing what the job is. The press follows you everywhere and they are allowed to say anything about you. If you don't like it, dont be POTUS. Be a fucking a professional twitter blogger or a PJ forum troll.

Except there is no pc culture. That's essentially code speak used to manipulate the bigots and the fearful. PC culture was a term used to integrate a policy where trump could play on fears about minorites getting closer to equal status. The term "pc culture" will be played in mainstream media and also validated, but the underlying meaning of it is much darker than just not being able to call certain groups certain things. It's why trumpnwas a huge hit with white supremacists. This is their agenda, and they saw a candidate willing to take that agenda to the white house.

Because she wanted to say she broke another barrier. Wanting to hire the first openly gay manager of a presidential campaign is a noble and worthy goal. It is. But in doing so they hired Robby Mook, a 36 year old kid who had never run a national campaign. Then that campaign lost the most winnable of races.

^^ agreed. again, the insidious manipulation of disenfranchised individuals is unforgivable. this man will never understand what it's like to hate school, not for school itself but the bus ride. even 25 years ago when i was in middle school, i would hear kids calling the middle eastern kids on the bus things like 'sand nigger', 'Saddam'. The list goes on and on. If you think those words are innocent, you're wrong. cuz, sometimes those words were directed at me and i'm not even Muslim but I have a dark complexion. I can tell you, it was rough. sometimes i'd sit on the floor cuz no one wanted to give space to a sand nigger Arab. I didnt even know what racism was at that point in my life and it's actually probably took another 20 years for me to process those incidents. But I guess that would be racism.
