After a few more listens, I really think they nailed these songs. Life Wasted has Ed sounding like it's 10 years ago.

It is clearly not a 10c issue (regarding their vault delivery to Canada) or a TMR issue. FedEx and USPS obviously are getting the items to Canada on time but it is Canada Post that fumbles and stumbles around. With Central Europe getting an item quicker than Canada maybe it is time to privatize Canada Post.

Canada Post doesn't ding you with customs charges though, and actually, I always find that they give really good service. I have NEVER had anything go wrong with an order delivered by CP. My only mailing issues in terms of service/speed stem from Canada Customs holding everything up, not CP. Blame Canada Customs. They are SO slow, it's completely ridiculous. At any rate, I would much rather wait longer and not pay brokerage fees.

Yeah, no doubt, let the current model fumble thru. I'm not interested in the extra fees either, I'll wait it out. I know the staff at TMR are also aware how much it means to us Canadians when they ship with CP involved as it's been brought up in previous dealings I've had with them and acknowlegded. As a long time Vault membership holder at TMR I've ever only had one issue with CP. A tracking number came back as delivered however I had never received the package. They sent me a replacement after a VERY lengthy back and forth and I paid the shipping to re-send.

It completely baffles me why 10C can't listen to the feedback and give us options.

Mine arrived yesterday too! A beauty of a package! Too tired to give it a proper spin last ight, so that's gonna happen tonight This was an overall extremely pleasant experience, I have to say. Thirdman Records got their shit together.

if there is a Drew in Fargo waiting for your package give your local fedex office a call. they are having trouble with your address. they just called me in Massachusetts. some kind of mix up between the address and contact info.

Well, mine arrived with a deep crease in the outer carton, LP sleeve was bent, and the LP itself severely warped. You'd think with Las Vegas temp at 105 yesterday, they might have knocked or rang the bell and not left on the front porch??? Bummed, but I've contacted Third Man about getting it replaced, and adding 'Signature Required' service at my expense. :(

Mine arrived with a pretty decent scratch on the A side. After inspecting it again I also noticed it's fairly warped as well. . . I contacted Third Man Wednesday morning and still haven't gotten a reply from them.

It was at my front door but no knock no doorbell ring nothing to let me know it was there!!

The FedEx guy left mine in my driveway leaning against the garage. Couldn't be bothered to walk the extra 20 feet to the door, let alone ring the bell.

We will remedy all missing item / damaged item issues as quickly as possible beginning the week of September 5th. I apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we will get this taken care of as soon as we can. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience as we finish the remainder of the Vault 29 shipments.

lol at these fedex stories. I was so excited for it to come I went out to sign for it when it got here and the FedEx woman said I scared her because no one ever comes out to get their package. unfortunately she said she just planned on leaving it on my porch. we gotta get back to having to sign for this stuff.
