Don't buy it? At this rate, I'm skipping the Boston show. A week out and still not a decent seat below 350. I'll see Hiss Golden Messenger in a club the next night for $25. It's not worth filling a diaper over.

Who the fuck is flipping out. Lol. I’m just observing. Every time someone brings up the unethical practices of TM you swoop in to argue like you’re their PR rep.

There's nothing unethical about it. Shit, if I want those seats for Boston, they're 850+ on the secondary. TM is taking a $300 haircut.

By the way, I'm the one "fighting" this by not giving TM money. If you rant and rave about them online but pay them anyway, which of us is propping up this system?

Nothing unethical about purposely holding back tickets and falsely calling it sold out to create fake hype to drive up prices? To each his own.

That wasn't necessarily directed at you because I don't know if you're going or not. Are you? But, to your point, it's been discussed at length in this thread and others, and a lot of people upset about their pricing buy tickets anyway.

No way , I’m not paying that.

That’s true. I don’t want to derail the thread. Let’s put it to bed.

Yeah, I had to start a separate TM thread because I can't help myself. Sorry again!

Here's an on-topic question. Did anyone get one of the posters with the overlay a couple nights ago? Can't remember what city, but I saw it on Instagram.

    Edit: It was Cincinnati

More tickets available for tonight's show this morning. I foolishly tried again for a single. Almost $400.00. Had to pass.

For those going, have a great time!

    Nice!

I missed the Detroit show last night. There were still a lot of "Verified Resale" tickets left at 7:30 when the show was supposed to start. Still crazy expensive. Cheapest one was $188.00 and it was behind the stage.

I would love to see them live. Maybe next tour.

i bought an upper level ticket when they went on sale for like $100. Better tix were like twice that much and i didn't want to pay that much to see them so i just bought the cheapest one.

Frontier Touring will be announcing a Tool tour down under this week-they have a countdown somewhere but I can't find it.

In other news Sylvia Massy has a video with David Bottrill with Tool hashtags. For those who don't know Massy produced Undertow and Bottrill produced Ænima and Lateralus. Looking like reissues are on the way which is great as I'm sure demand for plain Lateralus vinyl, a repress of Ænima and an official 10000 Days in any form of vinyl will be huge.

In Toronto for work and lo and behold who is in town! Got top row balcony seats for tonight and threw on Tool now for first time in a month. Still sounds great! My nose will be bleeding sitting so high up, but any seat is good seat for Tool I think.
