Been lucky to see them three times this year. Twice at arena shows and once at festival. Their musicianship and sound is truly unparalleled. I will see them any chance I get. I was top row balcony, literally worst seats in the house and holy shit it was still mind blowing LOUD. I used to love Invincible the most from new album and it still rocks, but Pneuma goes to another level in a live setting.
For those who haven't seen the new songs live, get ready. It is something special

And one last thing, even though the festival show got one or two less songs, it was almost a better set. Simply because their 15 minute intermission and 5 to 10 min drum solo kind of slows the vibe

Anyone need a pair for tonight? Feel free to message me at 647-621-7776. I'm happy to do $240 each and you'll save $80 in fees.

Went last night and as amazing as it was, my ears will hate me today if I go again.

You have to do earplugs  Ben!  I bring and wear no matter what now.  I've got slight tinnitus and don't want it getting any worse!

In Toronto for work and lo and behold who is in town! Got top row balcony seats for tonight and threw on Tool now for first time in a month. Still sounds great! My nose will be bleeding sitting so high up, but any seat is good seat for Tool I think.
Gotta love it when you're in another city for non-music reasons and, gift wrapped with a bow, you luck out and overlap w/ good live music. Always seems to heighten the experience, IMO. Hope you enjoyed the show :sunglasses:

Kind weird how they email you the tix a week before the show. Not use to that.

Nothing yet. I thought they were supposed to ship out in September.

Maybe they have the same management company as another band; you know, the one with the forthcoming album and holiday single thing.

Tickets in a Floor H section (in front of the soundboard?) appeared for tonight's Boston show on TM today for 145. It appears people bought them and immediately listed them for resale in the 350 range. Bold!

I can't believe bands cannot run efficient merch tables.  I feel bad for those compelled to wait in line for an hour and miss part of a show mainly because bands usually employ their stoner friends to run merch tables and they have no idea how to run a business.  Run it like a Subway sandwich shop.  Put the merch on display.  Put numbers next to the merch.  No fondling the merch.  You tell the person you want items #3, #7, and a XL #17 and they hand the merch to the cashier, you hand them your money, and boom you are on your way.

But considering the venues can't sell beer and food efficiently either I don't see a band ever getting their shit together.
