    So, they've released their Australia tour dates.
    Tickets are a bit too steep for me.
    I am not sure that I'll go, I need the money for other things.

    For Melbourne, the lowest priced ticket is Bronze seating at $105.

    I was watching the  A/B versions of the setlist and it looked like both NJ shows were not getting Descending. 

    But since they did the pot and PoM(Intolerance) for consecutive shows Descending back in play for NJ

    I am hoping they go into a 3 show rotation because my 2 shows would have gotten the identical set if they stick with the 2 show (A/B) rotation. Really not in the mood for a 3rd show in Brooklyn (it's an embarrassment of riches that will fade away fast). Hope it's not another 13 years before we get another true Tool show in NY

    Agree on both points.

    It's amazing, with a lot of incredible detail but I can't really see it going up on the living room wall.

    well that was pretty fucking awesome! Danny Carey is a beast. Highlights were Aenima and Pneuma. Also we did get Swamp Song (first time played since 2007).

    Although when they started playing Swamp Song I was drawing a blank as to what song it was. Made a mental note to remember what song that was cause it was played after Vicarious. Although after the show I totally forgot about it until i was listening to WMMR (local philly rock station) and they went over the set list and said Swamp Song.

    Happy days this end. Snagged tickets to both Auckland gigs. Swamp Song piqued my interest for more and who knows what both gigs will bring? What I do know is that Aotearoa is a concert backwater and you can't miss a chance to see your favourite bands here as you never know how long it takes them to return, if they return.
