I can’t speak for Chicago, but in Boston a balcony pair was $199 after fees, an orchestra pair was $306.

Went to the Charleston WV show Saturday night. Made the 6 hour drive checked into hotel and got to our seats and found out we had an obstructed view. I thought what crummy luck the tickets didn't metion it. The lady attendant came up to us and asked if we would like to be moved if possible and she came back after about 10 minutes with someone who was in charge and he moved us to the back of the floor in front of the sound board. Never had anything like that happen in the 30 plus years I've been going to shows. We had a great time and it was an incredible show. I've never seen Maynard interact with the audience like he did.

Looks like their not mixing up their set list too much. also 11-12 songs? I thought they did like about 14 songs? Tix are expensive on stubhub (like a couple hundred bucks for philly, cheaper in the smaller cities though). Will probably pass on this one.
Watch Ticketmaster on the day of show. For the St Paul show, a bunch of great face value tickets were posted in the morning and still available while the opener was playing.

I bought the insanely priced band signed poster from my show. I did the calculation of the gross sales based on 750 posters per show, which sold out, at least at my show: $262,500 just from posters!!!
Their merch scene has taken on a life of its own... It was like Black Friday in Cleveland last year and totally turned me off.

I guess they're selling doodles for $2500 or so (prints w/ added art from Adam Jones). I don't begrudge them doing that, that's what some resell for. I just can't wrap my brain around spending that much on a concert poster.
Misfits and Slayer I paid 150 for band signed posters and was happy to pay that.
Faith No More in 2015, I paid $75.

    That was a steal.
    Hell yeah. Worth every penny.

Respect on spelling Pavilion wrong too.

The poster from the May show also has a typo… the show was on the 11th.

Went to my first Tool show last night in Manchester, wearing my ugly PJ/TLOU halloween t-shirt. Shout out to the girl who hated it :), but still came over to talk about PJ for 5+ minutes and the Canadian guy in front of me wearing the Jeremy t-shirt.

To each his own…. Last night’s show was fucking phenomenal.

I’m happy enough that these guys are still touring and still sound as good as they do. I hope to see them again before they call it quits.

I'm going to the Nashville show in January and if they play the same set it will still be a helluva show. IMO there's no one else that puts on a live show experience like Tool. Getting to see Danny Carey live is worth going.
