Or SG can just get Matt Chamberlain again. It's pretty clear where MC's loyalties lie at this point, so I'm not sure why he even wants to try pulling double duty anymore.

exactly. soundgarden seems to do just fine without matt seeing as they toured without him in the past. plus a tour to support the rock and roll hall of fame induction and a true "PJ25" tour since its 25 years since ten. thats a no brainer

I imagine they'll be announcing some shows soon. My guess is that they may have been waiting to see if they got in to the RRHOF. Now that that's settled, here's my guess.
Some shows in the NE around the HOF, a couple in the middle of the country, west coast, then Asia/Aus.

Doubtful it would happen since they were there in '16, but a stop at Wrigley in honor of the Cubs WS victory would be cool. Being that Ed is such a fan and how close he is with the organization, it's possible I guess (wishful thinking).

I do too. Haven't booked my NYC trip yet. Will wait to see IF there's a show the day before or after the R&R HOF jam in NYC. Thinking on staying in NYC till Sunday but maybe arrive early, just in cause something happens.

Has any other inductee ever scheduled a show around the HOF ceremony?
  • I guess the only positive thing to no tour next year is more time on the water fly fishing.

  • Hopefully Australia, its been 7 years since a proper tour. I know a lot of people skipped BDO 2014 and missed that tour, as they were exclusive to the festival.

Thinking that if they come to Australia it most likely wouldn't be til later in the year. Too late now for a Feb / March.
