    If they charged you and you have a ticket in your hand, they should let you in regardless. If they sold duplicates, they've got some cleaning up to do, and fast since tickets go onsale fully in less than 24 hours.
    Yea, this seems more like someone trying to cover up the mess. I mean, why would they say "Yes, please buy all of the tickets that are mistakenly on sale early!"?

    true but many will not be released initially. a few spots throughout summer then week before show. big $$$$ resale

    Just talked to a person at the ticket office. She said that they are waiting for the band and live nation to decide if the tickets will remain sold, or be released back to general sale. I was told to call in the morning before public sale to find out.

    I wonder how they figure the fee? I bought singles during the Red Sox presale the other day and it was $17 per ticket. They were grand stand though. Must be based on ticket cost? Weird. Less convenient for them to sell grand stand tickets than field seats?
