    they know who the scalpers are, i bought some for some friends who are not fortunate enough to have a job that puts them behind a computer, i got 4 sets of 2 (one set is for me). that certainly doesnt fall into scalpers territory. they know based on IP and cronic credit cards used who the scalpers are. dont make us suffer for them any more than we have to

    it clearly states on my printed out receipt, "All sales are final. No refunds - No exchanges"
    if they try to refund me, they are in breach of K.

    I don't want to be too over-confident, but in the grand scheme of things, it's not like THAT many tickets were sold today (maybe a few hundred?)-- I can't see them cancelling the orders that went through. Especially when they explicitly state over and over again "all sales are final, no exchanges, no refunds"

    for them it seems like more hassle than what its worth, they still sold the tickets, they dont really care when or to who. prob best for them to try to keep it as quiet as possible

    Some person on FB called the season ticket office at Fenway (she is apparently a season ticket holder): " I am on the phone with the Season Ticket office, DON'T buy them. The seats they are selling are duplicates. You show up to Fenway, you don't get in."

    "Call the Red Sox ticket office. I gave her my information and since I bought them directly from the presale mine would automatically be honored, even if a duplicate showed up."

    I pulled tickets about all over the place... I figured I would leave them to people that still need tickets...
