    Plus anyone who can read knows that having the app or a cell phone isn't required. You can submit the forms online using any browser. 

    Somehow I doubt that there are very many seniors unable to use a browser who are also able to travel internationally on their own.

    The only thing I could find was this.

    Mask requirements will stay “for just a little while longer,” Ford said Monday

    Here in Alberta they are gone on March 1st. The caveat is that hospital numbers must be on the decline.

    The app was easy to use when we went to Ohana last year. Now whether its useful or should be necessary is another story.

    I guess some people just don't understand that businesses and organizations need time to prepare for major changes in how they operate. They need some notice so that they can staff, order inventory, etc, and public health officials need time to prepare for any concomitant changes in monitoring and enforcement.
