 omg Robley... you totally reminded me of this dude who was at a show (non Pearl Jam) who expressed himself by yelling all kinds of things out about shitting his pants. "Oh my god, you guys are so awesome, I JUST SHIT MY PANTS". "I need new shorts. Anyone got a spare pair of shorts? I JUST SHIT MY PANTS!" "OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT JUST HAPPENED?" (crowd groans, and mumbles, you just shit your pants).

I've heard from a good source that they are waiting for the end of the New York Mets vs. Chicago Cubs series before making any announcements. If the Mets win, no New York shows.

please forgive my American sport ignorance :(

I haven't a clue about it generally but I thought the mets played baseball?

I had presumed the Brooklyn venue would have had a basketball connection and was dependent on nba or nfl?

    Please educate me

i think he meant that Ed would boycott NY if the Mets beat the Cubs... it was a joke.

 my kindergarten son up at 6a reading the clock times every 5-10 min (since he's excited learning to tell time) til I said (to myself) fuck it and we got out of bed at 6:45...
Just gotta love em... Soaking it up now... Just not looking forward to when the kids are teenagers and don't want anything to do with us except for withdrawals from the bank of daddy.

Thankfully both of our kids have always been about the 11 or 12 hours of sleep each night. Still, when our 3 year old daughter was younger she'd be asleep by 6:30pm and up at 6:00am on the dot. Our 14 month old son goes to sleep at the same time but his internal clock goes off anywhere between 5am and 5:30am. I find being around them helps us keep going as well. When it's quiet around you want to pass out.

As an aside, ever since l left for NYC to see Global Citizen our 3 year old keeps asking my wife "do you like Pearl Jam?" (the wife does not) and follows it up with "do you like Big Bird?" (was sending back pics of Big Bird on stage) and she really gets excited watching the band perform at the GCF.

Honestly, both have amazing crowds. On this rumored tour, I'd say the Toronto gigs are the ones to hit up. Weekend shows, tour finale, 5 years since they played there, it's shaping up to be a destination type weekend.

If this schedule is accurate Toronto will be amazing, no question

But what is the not so obvious "epic" show?
