so many options if the actual dates are close to the rumors..

what will be the tougher ticket to get

both weekend shows. sounds like four epic nights

Toronto is the tour closer and on a Fri/Sat- the best two nights. Plus, its the first time they will play Toronto in a long time. I'm thinking Toronto will be classics and I'll do my best to be there but I doubt it happens.

Hows the drive from NYC to Toronto!?!?!

I think Toronto tickets will be a shit show to get

Every single show in the northeast will be hard to get. And any city with two shows will probably be like 2013 where you can put in for both nights but only allowed to win one of them.

It took me about 9 hours from nj to Toronto. Long boring drive. It s definitely better to space it out over two days.

Ya, I've been wanting to go to Toronto for a while now...sounds like a fun city. Not sure on the drive, looks like it's about eight hours or more though. Think I might fly into nyc, then rode trip it to toronto. not sure how good of an
idea that is, but oh well

Did it in 2011. Stop in Niagara falls for a bit of sightseeing to break up the trip then it's under 2 hours to Toronto from there.

I went to Detroit in 1 day last year. Long drive. Best bet is leave at 4 am and cruise control all the way.

And I'm betting that we either get the full announcement today, or at least the "get your memberships in order" post from Kat/Sea, and then an announcement on Monday.

That quick? I'm still thinking we will be waiting for a while.
Yeah, you might be right. I think I was going more on what Dimi (or maybe it was someone else) saying that it was coming soon, as in the next few days. But like I said, I could've misunderstood.

I guess with the rumors and multiple holds at different venues in the same cities, it makes sense that they are a ways out before releasing anything official. Just wishful thinking!!

Yes. We got stuck in a traffic jam for like two hours. But we're able to make it up there by dinner time.

I get a kick out of the spoiled northeast people complaining about how far of a drive it is to shows (really, I'm just jealous). A close show for me is usually a 7 hour drive or two hour flight.

I think we will get an announcement before nov 10. I feel the pj/10c engine starting up again. Everybody's attention will be turned back to pj around the time of the Latin American tour. Perfect time to announce.

Did Toronto in 2005 and loved it. Drive is a day but stop and see Niagara...we hit up Hockey Hall of Fame and took a boat ride to an island that was cool. Went to Queen street where the freaks are....lol. We had a blast. Also stayed in an old hotel right in town. About 3 blocks from the venue. Inexpensive and an historical landmark if I remember correctly.
Thank you fellow 10 clubber for saving my ass....again!!!

Hockey hall of fame would seem like a must. I'd love to see Vlue Jays but they are away that weekend.

I don't think anyone is complaining or spoiled. I live halfway between NYC and Philly and I still drive to places like Toronto, Chicago, and Cincinnati for shows. Those are all 10+ hour drives.

Portland, ME here and I'll do the Philly drive in my sleep. Have done it a few times now. Usually leave around 4am and I'm there at noon. Love it.

I wouldn't say people are complaining but as a West Coaster I do find it mildly entertaining that someone would split up a 9 hour drive over 2 days. That's definitely a 1 day'er for me. I think anything under 12 hours is a 1 day'er for me. I've even done longer. We had to split the drive from Edmonton to the Gorge on the way there (due to leaving after work) but we did the trip back in a single day. I think that was around 15 hours. That's adults though. If your bringing kids a 9 hour trip would be grueling :)

I once split up a five hour drive between Boston and Montreal over two days. But I was on vacation and had never seen Burlington, VT before so...

I get a kick out of the spoiled northeast people complaining about how far of a drive it is to shows (really, I'm just jealous). A close show for me is usually a 7 hour drive or two hour flight.

If your bringing kids a 9 hour trip would be grueling :)
to be fair I did leave at 3 pm and didn't feel like driving until midnight. and oh yes I hit a 100 year old flood that closed the thruway. but yeah, next time I go I'd still split it over two days if I have the time. on the way home we did the 9 hours with one 15 minute bathroom break.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......
