But I need help. How is a Canadian tour? I was in Europe, US, South America... what can I expect from Canadians?
Larissa - São Paulo - Brasil 2005 - SÃO PAULO - BRASIL 2011 - São Paulo (2x) - Rio - Curitiba - Brasil 2012 - EUROPE: Manchester,UK - 2012 (2X) Amsterdam, NL - 06/29/2012 Werchter, BE - 2012 2013 - São Paulo/BR - Argentina - Chile US: Phoenix - San Diego - Los Angeles (2x) - Oakland - Portland - Spokane - Seattle - 2013 2014: EV - SP (3x) RJ (2x) 2015: Chile - Argentina - Porto Alegre - São Paulo - Brasília - Belo Horizonte - Rio de Janeiro
2018: Chile - Rio de Janeiro - São Paulo - Seattle (2x) EV (3x)
I don't know what I want more... To watch the whole forum explode if there's no announcement before tuesday or to know tour dates as soon as possible. Hard decision
Maybe they'll go another full year without playing a full US show. They just need to release another vault and a few ugly shirts and they're set for '16.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.
Yep. It would be pretty funny if ALL these rumored dates posted for USA, Canada & Europe were not happening at all. That Pearl Jam is taking a break. RNDM is touring this May & ED is doing a Spring Solo Tour. Just imagine if that happens? ..
My buddy is in the ticketing dept at Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, where PJ played in 2013. He has heard nothing at all about a date in Pittsburgh in the spring. So unless they are playing an outdoor venue (which seems unlikely) or they still haven't finalized dates then it looks like Pittsburgh might be out for any tour...
Someone posts it here, some bloggy music news sites pick it up and post the rumors, those get posted here to substantiate the rumors, more rumors come from that, blogs pick that up, etc.
People I know wouldn't hesitate to use the term "douchenozzle" at BB. All he does is steal from here, post it as "some hot tip" like he's Eddie's best buddy from San Diego and they still have dinner once a month and then people copy from there.
Half of the rumors are probably 10C members talking out of their own butts. Of course a guy at a box office "can't say anything." The box office guy probably is paid $10/hr and doesn't know anything because he's not a director or manager. Because someone "can't say anything" that doesn't mean it is happening. That doesn't mean it's not happening.
Presidential Advice from President-Elect Mike McCready: "Are you getting something out of this all encompassing trip?"
As much as I'd love to see another PJ show, I'd actually prefer a RNDM and an EV solo show. How bout this, EV and Glen Hansard open for RNDM.
Earlier in the thread there's some talk about why a Wrigley or Fenway show would not be like a normal show...the biggest difference I'd say is the average distance of a fan from the stage. I was in lower bowl reserved at Wrigley, it was awesome. But if I was in that row at an arena, it would've been a much better seat. There was a ton of space between the back of GA and the front rows behind home plate. But, the trade-off is that the venue experience is way different, something special about it. Glad I went, and if they do Wrigley again I'll put in for it, but I won't use a top pick for it.
It's amazing what you hear when you take time to listen.

Bad news for Pittsburgh. Perhaps it didn't make the cut. It's been a while since the tour itinerary leaked and I would expect at least 4 or 5 changes (we already know of Nashville). Some people will be very disappointed that their city didn't make the final cut (possibly including Pitt).

Just got off the phone with someone working HR, for Hinchleys Dairy Farm in Milwaukee. Pearl Jam will not, I REPEAT, WILL NOT be playing the big cow milking contest this spring.
Damn! I wanted some limited edition Pearl Jam cheese curds
Aw man, this is the worst news of the entire thread
