Need prayers....thoughts, vibes, anything....

I know not all of you pray, but even positive thoughts and vibes will help. There is a major situation unfolding in my family and we need the prayers and good thoughts we can get....

I have a cousin who is in prison for drugs....she has a 5 year old special needs son, he has spina bifida, he was left in the care of her parents, and they have shit the bed and the state has come in and is taking him away, my grandma is out there and she's getting on a plane tomorrow night to bring him here to Oregon. My husband and I are going to take him in. My uncle is making death threats against people now and my aunt is completely batshit crazy and should probably be commited to a mental facility. They have failed my cousin her entire life and now they are failing her son, and we are stepping in to make sure it doesn't continue....but I am so stressed out right now with my grandma being there that I am sick. and it feels like there is an elephant sitting on my chest. I just don't know what my uncle and aunt are capable of and I am worried for my grandma's wellbeing now too. I will be freaking out until they land back here in Oregon tomorrow night. But we found out that KY CPS wants him out here and away from them and on Monday there will be a hearing that they don't need to be there for to strip my aunt and uncle of their rights.

We just need prayers and thoughts please....everyone!

    Many, many waves of positive energy to you, your family and especially the wee one. I'm sorry for the extremely stressful situation but major props to your family for taking in the wee one and to your grandma for sporting some major cojones in going to get the wee fella. Hope to hear a very positive update after tomorrow evening.

    Well Keyton and my grandma are on their way to a hotel by the airport....my uncle was arrested, I'm not sure why yet, my husband won't talk about via text he wants to tell me when I get home, and then my aunt took off...to lord only knows where....but the important thing is my grandma and Keyton are safe.

    As for your question Rob, I don't know if she will be or not, she's in jail, she needs rehab, and she doesn't even have a parole hearing until next march....but she was sentenced to 3 years....she has to get out and prove she can stay clean to even get the chance to have him again, I love her to death, but I want her clean and sober to care for him....he's been through too much already in his short life. And he has a long way to go because of his condition....and he needs stability and safety. And If when she gets out I am totally willing to let her see him and all of that, I'm not planning to make her stay away unless she can't stay clean and sober.

    I'm going to write to her this weekend. We can only send post cards though, so it will probably be like 10 post cards because I have so much I want to say...but I'm going to write to her because I want her to know that I love her and I love him and he will be cared for and safe, and that I am so sorry for everything that has happened, but I don't want her to worry about him, she just needs to focus on getting better herself.

    Thank you all for the prayers, it means so much....I just really was in a bad place earlier worrying and needed to talk about it and get some support....and your support means the world to me.

    Thank you all. I found out when I got home my uncle was arrested because he threatened the lives of like 30 people, my whole family included, so the state was building a case against him. I don't know what he'll be charged with if anything or if they just wanted to get him off the street so mamaw and keyton could get out of there safely. But they are near the airport and will get on a flight this evening back here to Oregon.

    We have a long hard road ahead of us, I know. It's going to be ok though because we have each other. Mine and my mom's and my mamaws hearts are just broken because we love my uncle so much and we just don't know how all this happened. And it hurts to find out that someone who helped raise you wants you dead now. But all that matters is getting keyton in a safe and healthy environment.
