Here is a workout for you to blast your whole arms in one workout that will take 40 to 50 minutes:
You will do 5 passes through of this. Reps on first set will be 18, second set 16 and then 14, 12 and 10 for each exercise. Weight should be set to where you can complete them with good form but where the burn gets intense as you go. You will need to raise the weight at the end on the lower rep passes through. No break between exercises to max heart rate out. 3 minute breaks between pass through.
1. Skull crushers on an incline bench where you are coming down all the way to the base of your neck. 2. Standing bar curls with a full flex at the bottom. 3. Close grip tricep cable pull down with a full flex at the bottom. 4. Reverse grip standing bicep bar curls 5. Single arm tricep cable pull downs 6. Ab crunches, jump rope or something to give your arms a 30 second break before the next exercises. 7. Seated dips or regular dips if your gym does not have a seated dip machine. Go for failure or when the burn is to intense and don't count reps 8. Wrist rotations with dumbells to re-start the burn of the biceps 9. Dumbbell curls on an incline bench.
At the end of the fifth pass through end with forearm curls to finish them off. 5 sets taking each set to where the burn is to intense. Take a 30 second break between sets.

You should get 1 to 1 1/2 grams of protein per pound you weigh each day. That is hard to do with food alone. Protein shakes are an efficient delivery system. What are you trying to say?
