    I shall pass. I really hope it is gone by tomorrow. That's normally 'my row' for a locker that early and I kept going into when I went to change into a swimsuit after workout for laps/spa and then later to shower for work.

    No spunk and today is an off day for me. I had a great week of workouts with a tricep crushing workout to end it yesterday. Ended it with shitload of dips that I can still feel this morning.
