I think that problem is some people over bought thinking they can sell $500 and $250 tickets for a profit. I thought about the $250 tickets but that's over $300 cnd. Way too much.

Luckily I was able to get a pair of $100 tickets. I then was able to go back and pull 3 more $100 pairs. It was easy. I got 8 $100 tickets for friends and I. Not sure how it was so hard for everyone. Maybe spending too much time complaining on the forum instead of hitting F5!

Well lucky you. I sat and tried for two presales and the public sale and never pulled $100. No way I can spend $250 per ticket. And no way in hell id ever spend $500+ on any concert.

Wow, i think you bought all the $100 tickets Red. I sat thru two presales and the public sale, probably refreshed 300 times... only pulled one $100 ticket and that wasnt till 35 minutes into the public sale.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me

Hey didn't mean to brag. Just letting people know there was a lot available for the public. I didn't get them at 10. They somehow became available after. Not sure why tm won't release them at 10. I got 1 pair. Went back and was able to grab a second pair etc. Not sure why I could and others couldn't. Maybe has to do with the IP address or something. I'm not a computer guy

Only on the ten club and with PJ fans can a charity concert for kids with cancer starring Pete Townshend and Eddie Vedder celebrating the music of the greatest rock band of all time the Who turn into a whining, complaining girl fest! I also belong to the Who fan club and they/we look at this as just a bonus to the 2 Who shows that will be hitting Chicago in May and October(which Who fans are much more excited about then this show). If you can't afford the tickets then don't buy them but, like with PJ shows over the last 10-15 years there's always bitching from ten clubbers about $$$(whether it be concert tix, merch or anything else). I swear PJ fans are either the poorest fans or just the biggest bitches always feeling their entitled to everything for next to nothing. Also trying to act like these tickets aren't moving and the show won't sell out is just plain silly! Theres maybe 250 tickets left and with most of the seats between $500-1000 frankly I'm surprised there's not more, this was never going to be a show that the secondary market was going to do well on! Maybe my rant was a long time coming but, man this site has become so pathetic with the same crybabies complaining about $$$! Meanwhile on the Who site it's all a positive vibe about the 50th anniversary tour and this once in a lifetime concert starring my two favorite rock stars!

its my opinion but i have a hard time believing that you got 4 separate pairs in the $100 level.

I'd be skeptical too if I tried for tix and someone else got multiples. To be honest 1 pair has an aisle between the seats so technically 2 singles.

I'd offer them up here for a trade or something but all might be spoken for.

Due to a ticketmaster screw up we ended up with 2 pairs of tickets to this show, and can of course only use one of them. Ticketmaster refuses to refund them even though their site errored out and, well, I'm sure everyone knows the story.....

They are ticketfast tickets. Section 112 row S - These are $518 seats, and are actually some of the best $518 seats you could get. We are willing to take less than face value. We paid $1024.11 for the pair, willing to take $900. We are obviously not scalpers. Just fans coming in from Denver to see the show who had issues with TM website. alora@idledale.com, or graham@idledale.com.

Good little interview for anyone who didn't catch it. Said it's an off day on The Who's tour between two show days, so Ed's "filling in" for Roger so it's not hard on his voice and all (Ed said he "has the keys to the truck and now needs to drive responsibly" haha). Ed said Joan Jett and Joe Walsh would definitely be making appearances, and said he tried to get Jack White, but he's busy on his little solo acoustic tour. Made me even more pumped up for the event! 3 weeks from today!

Anyone hear the interview on the Drive this AM? Joan Jett and Joe Walsh are making appearances. Eddie doing most of the vocals??? Anyone else hear it? I got goosebumps listening to Eddie talk about the show. It's going to be #%@ing legendary!

EV really sounds excited about this.
"In a way, I've got the keys to The Who on this one. I have to drive responsibly."
Said show's been years in the making. He'll handle most of vocals, since Daltrey can't sing three consecutive shows.
Shaping up to be one of the most historic shows in Ed's career.

Sounds fishy.. Sure the ticketmaster higher ups would take care of it if it was their screw up.

I've been monitoring this on the primary and secondary market and there are now many sets of lowers in the J-W rows of 106, 107, 108, 111, and 112 on StubHub where the total buyer price (with fees) is less than original Ticketmaster prices. Some singles in 103-105 as well that are cheaper than original prices. Heads-up if you guys wanted to support a good cause and pay a bit less! There are still also tickets available on Ticketmaster at original prices, but many of the tickets on StubHub at the same price-levels are both in better locations and cheaper!. I'd steer clear of the 106-112 AA-HH as they are not much cheaper and you'd probably have a better view on the balcony anyway.

I'll be there myself in a single in 102. Hoping for Quadrophenia!

Wow. Still tickets left to this? I thought for sure, with the insanity of Pearl Jam/Eddie fans, this would sell out instantly... even the expensive seats.

On a Saturday, even a Sunday--this sells out immediately; maybe even becomes a tough ticket. But for those like me who have to travel to make this it's two days off work + $$$ concert ticket. (For most it's also + airfare/place to stay, I'm lucky to have points to burn.)

The percentage of those of us who will do whatever it takes to be there for something like this in 3 weeks goes up immensely on the weekends. Just the way it goes. The Who playing down the road the night before is another factor.

I missed one of these back when I lived in Chicago--there was a ticket for me, but I just couldn't afford it. Not this time.
